I saw the queue being evacuated 2 times at FN aswell but when they got the train running again and a few test runs the ride re-opened then about a hour later it got stuck again and the queue got evacuated.

I have seen it stuck on the lift hill quite a few time, when I went during FN last year it got stuck about 4 times.
