I hear you on that. Blackpool getting hot weather in 50 or so years time?. That's cool, though to be honest if they carry on with the present state of things, they will lose a lot of tourists. Ellie, Space Invader was a pretty awsome ride, even if it was to me like a copy of X

I never got in to this attraction. Not sure why, it just never apealed to me. Saying that, I know there was a lot of people that liked it, and I hope it comes back for their sake

I can just see that music playing all day, give people a real headache if they are standing in queue. I guess it's a good theme though, at least it will be the first ride at the park to have a song with lyrics

For me, I've spent the week watching Big brother and Dead Set. I know, too much of a Big brother fan!. But the X factor is gone, I need my reality fix!

Interesting point, James. If blackpool was to go, would be interesting to find out what happens to rides such as the Big 1 and even the Grand National. Those rides have been around years.As for Valhalla, I agree with you. It would be great if a merlin park could have something along those lines. The closest I know to Valhalla are probably some rides in Orlando

In all honesty, the only reason I visit blackpool pleasure beach is to go on Valhalla. My friend knows the owners of the place, and from what I've heard all they are really interested in is the ice shows. If that is true about the rides, then Blackpool is in serious trouble

With all the credit crunch and the fact that a lot of the rides at the Pleasure Beach are old, and half of them are owned by the bank, do you think Blackpool Pleasure beach will survive much longer?. what are your thaughts

I agree. The ride might be rethemed, aded too or something but no way wil it leave the park. It's too popular with other visitors and it just fits nicely

I'd love to see the return of some sort of Magic Carpet to the park, a Rapid style ride and something along the lines of Time voyagersNot sure a denis the menace coaster would work

A rapid style ride would work really well at Chessington. We've all ready got Dragon Falls, Bubbleworks and Billy's wizzer (well kind of anyway) and that ride next to Toomb blaster. Although I would like to see this, I doubt Chessington would go for it, we all ready have more water rides then Thorpe park

First time I rode this I was pretty scared, but now the ride seems okay. It kind of reminds me of sandstorm at Bush gardens

Who's in it this year?. I might get to watching it sometime this week, but I had no clue it was on. I wonder how the bush tucker trials will go this year

Yeah. It's always down at Chessington, not rezally sure what could go wrong with a big wheel but anyway

I prefer Southsea. The disco, The Twister, some stupid um... skyway is it?, Wild River, bumber cars and a Waltza.All that remains from that list at Hailing are the Waltza (not as good). The Twister (not as good) the River ride... and that's it.

Exactly, and all rides break down, it's a fact of life.The Vampire won't go, it's got too many tthings going for it.1:. It's a great ride and gets big queues2:. The concept is awsome, and so is the music.3:. It's had an area themed after it, Transelvania. Would be a bit difficult to replace thatoh, and did I mention the staff do the best job and that it's got lots of air time?

I've also been 1 that have never trusted fairs, although saying that I have been to Southsea, Hailing island and Haystings fair.They are fun (I love Enterprise) and the Waltza. At the southsea fair there's a ride that makes you feel like you are dancing (it's so cool!) and named the Disco:DI also like the twisters, although last time I went to get on 1 the wheel fell off the ride and it put me off!

I also like this atraction a lot. It's a nice getaway from the more thrilling atractions
