You would think that, but personally I think it is a bit too faded.

Now the season's pretty much over, what would you like to see them change/add in the closed season for next year (other than The swarm of course )Music / sound system - I think they need to decide on what route to go down, the chart music or ride themes music. I would hope that they have chart music (the UK top 20) played at the entrance to the park. I also hope they bring back all ride theme music and keep that going throughout the season. A lot of the speakers around the park are broken, the amount of times I've been in stealth queue for them to suddenly stop is just silly. Fresh lick of paint - I noticed around the park yesterday that a lot of areas are looking run down and at a poor standard. The main saw the ride sign in the plaza was looking awful yesterday with it fading a lot and the light flickering, a fresh coat of paint over this would be great. Colossus was also looking very poor, especially the supports looking run down, some paint on this would be great too! The entrance - This is more what I hope they solely work on at the end of the 2013 season, but there was just a black board up yesterday and no welcome sign etc. A nice sign up and maybe some colour wouldn't go a miss, although not too much because a brand new entrance in 2013 with water fountains etc is what I'm hoping for.There's just a couple of points off the top of my head, what do YOU want to see them do in closed season?

Was very intense yesterday, swat room actor turning every other person in the group backwards so they had to be guided through the maze by the person in front of them. An actor also put his hand around my throat and told me he was going to keep me, good stuff!

Just want to say that the event was absolutely brilliant, my best day I've had at Thorpe. Didn't seem too busy so managed to get on a lot of rides, and quite a few in the dark too. The fire performers were about average and it was slightly awkward watching them as they had no music and didn't really know what they were doing, but I did walk past a few different performers later on who were doing a much better job.The DJ was fantastic, of course there were going to be a few songs played that many people won't like but I liked the fact they played a bit of Nero and DJ Fresh, mixed it up a bit. The interaction was great with shoutouts on the Facebook page, and getting everyone all pumped up! Blowing up Jedward... fantastic! I'm a fan of Jedward and I even still found it hilarious and very entertaining to watch. The fireworks shooting off them were a nice touch too.Now the main fireworks, this may be the best fireworks display I have ever seen. It just seemed so perfect and in time with the music being played, such a great atmosphere!.Then sirens rang out above everyone with police search lights scanning the area, "Warning you are under attack, The swarm are coming" (or something like that). Then there was a load of noise and shooting and suddenly the fire truck exploded, what an ending that was! Followed by "The swaaaarm, coming to Thorpe Park spring 2012".Absolutely fantastic event Thorpe, well done!

I'm not too bothered about the trims if I'm honest, I'd much prefer a smooth and elegant drop than a rough and fast one :-)

I'm off to Fright Nights tomorrow after college (I finish early on Friday's), we're hoping to get to the park for about 3ish, but just wondering if the thorpe park shuttle bus runs from staines station to the park around that time? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
