That could also be disputed, There could be quite a competitive side to Raptor! Couldn't help noticing this picture on TP.com has been photoshoped with the last two rows going backwards.

For all we know that could just be a character's name in a long list of characters related to the ride? Thanks to Mr Mark9 This appeared on my Facebook news feed Thank you Mr 9!

What the PR or the smiley face? I've seen enough of the smiley face to last a life time

I haven't actually been following any PR of this, but isn't it just a smiley face? Like everywhere? With 'Get Corrected' as a slogan? Someone expand for me
  10. Not sure, It would be an excuse for the park to not fix them!
  11. I read somewhere that TP's Pizza Hut is the highest grossing Pizza Hut in Europe. Fun Fact?

Exactly how Pluk put it, remove the row, rotate it 180 degrees then put it back on. Both sides of the row have the attachment to connect the trains and and as they are mirrored in essence, no modification would be needed to the train. Not sure if its the same on all B&M trains but the rows have no connection and each row is powered by its own source. Baring in mind that photo could be the train that may not of had winter work carried out upon yet, but I'm aware the trains have been switched this week so that train could of been sat there since November.

This is getting a little humorous now, Evacuation wise, TP will always have you in a harness before you leave the seat, simple option is relase the harness with the seatbelt still in and get you into the harness before undoing the seat belt... near miss wise I'd personally say the near misses would improve going backwards they would be unexpected and when you go past them they may make you jump. Blah Blah, life goes on this is happening so get used to the idea.

How can people say a bridge looks dull/awful? What were you expecting a 50 foot high cable bridge?

I think we can clarify that there will not be a new ride (so to speak) in 2013. Planning permission can take months to be approved so unless they have decided to open a ride in the summer period I think we can rule this is. Other than having two new ride 'experiences' the line-up remains.

I love all this speculation =D
  19. So just been watching ITV2 and an advert for The rlReal Housewives Of Beverly Hills and the theme they had in the background was the upbeat version of the Alton Towers theme. random.

Sometimes it's better to take things with a pinch of salt, others maybe not Holly
  22. Well it is more indulgent than other winged coasters! However I do agree it isn't as interactive as it could of been with its sister park, Gardaland having Raptor which does nothing but interact with the surrounding area with the additional props and elements. When you compare the indulgence to X-Flight which has some (may that be pretty) fountains, a tower and a fake wall you it does make The Swarm look more appealing thematic wise. If The Swarm's effects worked, it could be a pretty top class coaster, but alas it fails to deliver. If it also had more near misses it would be more exciting, slightly contradicting myself here but Swarm does lack a lot of near misses! Anyway Cedar Point!
  23. Awkward, I didn't mean longer are better! Some short coasters are brilliant whilst longer coasters can sometimes get boring towards the end. For me it's the experience it delivers in the length rather than the length in the experience.
  24. Possibly to give other wing riders a run for their money, however it does come down to several aspects. Other wing riders may be short but thrilling nonetheless with an immense indulge in theming. So potentially as a coaster it could beat other wing riders but experience wise it may lack.
  25. The drop is close to being topped off, with just the twist to be put into place! Which can be seen in one of my other posts on this page on the time lapse image.
