Loggers and Rumba seem to be having a mysteriously large amount of breakdowns lately.

Seems like a hassle and a half getting to Chertsey Station! lol

It is pretty much impossible to do any decent recreation on RCT, Try No Limits! Thats the way to do Roller Coaster recreations! A hell of a lot harder but it is capable of making amazingly realistic coasters. The themeing on both of them is really good though. I was always terrible with making a theme to a ride.

Well taxi's run in the sense that if your in a big group and want to get to the park quickly then there a good idea. In big groups they charge £2 each pp.

Also went today, good day. Not too bad business wise! Arrived at 12:30 and left at 6:00 Ride count-NemesisColossusSaw-2StealthLoggers- 2VortexSamuraiSlammerRushZodiacQueues for coasters didn't seem to bad, only queued 15 mins for Colossus at 3 pm. Saw seemed roughly 30/40 minsihs most day. Stealth we queued about 15 mins and queued 30 mins for nemesis. Flats were all pretty quiet. Water rides were slightly busier. So yeah not too bad.

Meh you won't know till the day, even predicted gate figures can be wrong. But yeah Saturday in July proberly will be busy.

Tbh I see chessington as a park for everyone as it is, lol. But yeah thats good if their gonna be doing that Its all well and good having Thorpe as a thrill park but doesn't mean chessington shouldn't cater for all ages.

Well if you have no idea as to why its down don't make up any random reason and post it as to why the ride could be down. As I said I was told by a few people including a stealth worker why the ride was down so I do know but can't remember, I think I'll listen to them over some un educated post like yours.

Nah it was alright, as long as you sit in the adult seats. Had a great convo with the op anyway as it was only two of us on the ride, lol. I only realised today what an amazingly fun ride Rattlesnake is! Highlight ride of the day I think.

Chessington today, AWESOME day. Park was dead with everything walk on all day literally. Arrived at park 12:30 and left 5:00 and in that time got on 33 rides! Saw always has downtime during the day. Plus its daily maintenance check which kinda counts as down time, as its not operating with people on.

Yeah also went today and had a great day, As you say literally EVERYTHING was walk on! Got MANY stay on rides. And yeah its to do with the weight. Had one spinny as hell ride when there was the two of us sitting on the same side and no one on the other side.

Actually the Inferno water squirters under the loop seemed to be on yesterday!

Completely emphasis with him! Vortex has a way of making people feel ill. lol. Anyway also went today- Seemed pretty busy really! Well at points anyway, had intended to go for a camera trip in the first place with lots of video footage which we did! so was happy to get camera footage and now get a heap load of editing and video making to do.Anyway arrived at park around 10:30ish when everything was quiet.- Went on detonator first which was walk on- Then to Nemesis which was walk on- Then to Stealth which was walk on, followed by another 3 rides on Stealth, 1 being front row. =]Other rides done-- Loggers Leap- 1- Rush- 2- Samurai- 1- Vortex- 2- Flying Fish- 1- CCR- 1Plus the- Stealth- 4- Nemesis- 1- Detty- 1And loadss of camera footage. So yeah good day! Very warm! And left park at 4:00There were some ride breakdowns, which goes without saying...Have to say I was very dissapointed with my BBQ ribs! Which is a shame cause I do enjoy going to that Calypso BBQ but it just seems to me as if the standard has gone down, they were drenched with BBQ sauce and just not appitising....

Sometimes isn't good enough! Effects are part of the ride and they should be open the majority of the time! Not only known and again! Lol

True, buts its not really that much of an achivement going on a ride at Thorpe Park There more for souvenir type purposes and as an ornament of the ride rather than something to boast about lol. If you really wanna show someone you've been on a ride puy an ORP lol.

Woah! Phew! Thankgod! Jesus I was scared of what was happening to Thorpe Park over the last few months with so little rides down for a whole day! Not the Thorpe Park I know! But thats ok, there are rides down again! Its ok, The normal Thorpe Park has returned! Yeah anyway yesterday was pretty appaling for ride breakdowns- Stealth was opening and closing all day, only open for about an hour in total then it closed for good at about 1. Due to something about the catch car not releasing from the train at the right time. We joined the front row queue as soon as it openend so the queue would have only been about 5 minutes or so, but no! Another brake down followed by a failed launch during the 2nd test run meant we waitied another half an hour. It closed for good at about 2.X closed at also around 1/2ish.No idea what was wrong with Rumba, seemed fine but closed at around 3/4ish. Plus a quick Saw breakdown and a Colossus breakdown. Saws reliability is defineately improving though! Whish is good. If its reliability was still crap with all the other rides closing then Thorpe would have a HUGE problem on their hands. Not that it isn't bad enough...
