Does anyone else get a weird feeling in their feet when they jump off it too fast? I always seem to get a rush of blood to the feet and jump off too soon and end up having really painful feet for the next 5 minutes

I dont think that stealth should have lap bars to be honest... I prefer them how they are cos they just give it a better feel to the seats rather than just a lap bar, Also they are more comfortable and look nicer

Seen it twice now on 4 music and each time I see it I just get the chill down my spine that I get to ride it soon! Very good advert short but makes you want to find out more about it! Can't wait for the rest of them if there are more to come!

I love this new map! The Dark Forrest really brings something to it and makes it more interesting Certainly Catches your eye first time

I dont really think it makes much of a difference either Just nice to see it gets painted every now and then

Yeah you guys are exactly right... The BOGOF deals are a good incentive to get people into the park like me for instance, I prefer to use them as its cheaper and I'm more likely to buy merchandise because I have the extra change in my pocket which I havent spent on gaining entry to the park. Also you always see the BOGOF deals everywhere like in WHSmith and so on so doing the deals is a good way to raise awareness about the park.

I also like the new layout of the website aswell I think its more easy to read and definatly got a nicer feel to it

Anyone else seen that the staff have been selling drinks in the gravel bit before you get into the warehouse ? They we're were selling drinks for £1.50 whilst we waited Is this a regular thing?

Alton Towers will soon submit a long term plan to the local authorities after a consultation event was held for the public to see the "vision" for the resort over the next decade. Some of the things we are likely to see are as follows, but it must be stressed that NOTHING (apart from the new rollercoaster in 2010) is yet set in stone.- Relocation of Spinball Whizzer- Landscaped car parking- Extension of the theme park beyond Air, to include a new entrance and entertainments complex- Several new medium to large rides/attractions, of which three could be rollercoasters- Limited theme park operations in Winter- Increased focus on entertainments- Re-themes and Refreshes in several areas in the park- New accommodation: hotels AND lower budget is being looked at- Further investment in the heritage of the site- Woodland managementThe consultation did not provide specific details on which rides are likely to be replaced (I.e. no mention of Black Hole site) but a map highlighted likely areas for development.Found that on tower times page... sorry for the double post.

Hmm that does look quiet a good coaster and I could possible see it going to thorpe but I'm not sure if they would put it in, maybe they would want something more like the worlds first... ride like saw was the worlds first horror based ride? Maybe I dont know

I cant seem to get the alton towers ride music off of tower times it dont work

Yeah when I went the other week it got stuck lots of times ... Not good But the queue's for it everytime I went on it were like 10 minute queue's which isnt bad at all really Anyone know why it keeps on braking down lately?

This is a very interesting MTDP Will be good to see some re-theme's but regards to spinball I'm not sure if I like it to be honest... I mean everytime ive been it has always had a 45 min queue + which to be fair I'm not going to wait when other coasters have 10 or 20 minute queue's, yes it is fun but it always has the most ridiculous queue! As to towers street, personally I like it how it is because when your walking down there in the morning and the music is roaring out I just think it sets the mood for the day :)As to the hotel, why do they still need to keep increasing the hotel when they can save up more money and spend it on bigger and better rides? Personally I think the hotel is fine how it is now but then again I have never been in there so I'm not sure what it is like. :PBut the MTDP looks really good and cant wait to see it go into action
