I would guess the majority of them would have been unless they had already broken down, if Vampire was on 3 train op at least one train would have been on the circuit/2nd lift. And same with Rattlesnake and Dragon's Fury, at least a few of the cars will have been doing the circuit. 2nd in 2/3 days I heard.

I agree that Rush's que moves extremely quickly, IMO one of the quickest in the park.

To be honest since 2004 you haven't been missing out on much, next year I can not wait for SW6 and I think it really is going to be unbelieveable but an investment like it has been needed for a while and since 2004 really IMO there's not been anything to go back for. Spinball and more-so Rita were in my eyes shocking additions with no real effort with theming or even layout/ the ride experiance itself.I do like Spinball but I just don't think it suits Alton Towers in the way that Dragon's Fury suits Chessington2010 will be an excellant year for the park though and even at the moment I still feel it offers the complete day out of the Merlin Parks.How I rate the Merlin parks before next week with a trips to Chessington, Thorpe and Alton Towers.1. From what I've heard, so don't take these as truth. Air and Spinball being the only ones getting over an hour with Nemesis, Oblivion and Rita ranging from 40-60 mins.Rapids and The Flume about 40 mins.I must say I'm very excited about my trip to Alton Towers next week as I haven't been for a few months. Most looking forward to Nemesis and Oblivion, Air is good but Rita is distinctly meeiocre in my eyes.

Oblivion's drop completely 100% eclipses Saw's drop beyond belief.Oblivion you drop into a pitch black mist covered hole. Your vertical ( well near-enough) and you get an amazing floating feeling the whole way down, especcially if theres an inch or 2 gap between you and the restraint, not recomended for a first time rider. :PBest way I can describe it to you as you've been on Saw is that it's a 10x bigger version of the indoor drop.

I see what you mean, it gives the exact same ride, every time, no matter where you sit, which in some ways is brilliant but it can get less exciting the more times you ride it. I still absolutely love it though

When I go to Thorpe on Wednesday, I must go on Vortex. I haven't for so many trips now but I find the que moves so slowly and it's pot luck as to whether you get a great ride on it. Still I must

What a shame, I really do wish whatever was needed to have been done for it to pass it's safety checks should have been done , especcially as they obviously didn't have anything planned for that area.

I thought I rememberered reading somewhere that actually when at full capacity it could be run with 8, maybe not :PTo be honest as with other rides, it probably wouldn't be practical to run all the cars as even with 6/7 and sometimes even 5 , you end up waiting to get into the station.

Lost city, more vegetation, Calypso Quay , better theming because it's concentrated over a smaller area.I'm gonna go with Lost City though, great rides and I still just am not a fan of Nemesis Inferno's, B&M are so annoying, why do they make there rides the same! (except Nemesis obviously )Thorpe Park before 2006 or after 2006?
