Wahey, it actually has a 90 degree turn...I think the layout is also completed, meaning that the trains are the last thing to look forward to...

The Future Of Vampire
Ahhhhh, there's the cheap section of the idea, this naturally makes it a much more likely thing to happen now that we know there's some form of recycling.....

The Future Of Vampire
Nice to see... But forgive for being rather tentative about the source... Dunno how someone with 5 posts who joined today can be seen as reliable... It must be going over my head...

Why can't Chessie or Lego do it? It's obviously to do with the parks thinking it will not be as popular as you might think...Lego DID used to open over the winter period, with the majority (if not all, memory is hazy) open... That's a plus... The negative? It was empty... Granted this was before AdventureZone or whatever they call it, but it probably felt to the management that it just wasn't worthwhile that they opened for Christmas...Evidently, I'd guess Chessie feel the same... It currently has it's Zoo Days, so will no doubt use them as a precursor to how busy they feel the park will be... Oh, and of course they have numerous bits of maintenance to do... Buccaneer isn't even THERE right now... And considering also this is when the park areas begin to teem with vehicles left, right and centre, it's not the safest place, then we add in staff payments and the like...Of course, they could do something at the hotel... Oh wait, they ARE! Well blow me down the park's actually KNOW what they're doing... CHESSIE DO SANTA STUFF!!!!1111Rich you list Adventure Island and Paultons as the two parks who do it... One of which is in a busy costal town, the other is a small family park with two rides that need major maintenance work... Two parks with their biggest rides both being Gerstlauers in comparison to parks with Vampire, Dragon and the rest? Yeah, I think the park's know EXACTLY what they're doing more than ANY of us, including you...

TPM London Meet
Disorganised public transport in heavy snowfall times? What a shocker!
-
TPM London Meet
^Your area is obviously crap then...Looking at the way the North operates it seems to be kicking the South's arse in running transport bus-wise...

TPM London Meet
It annoys me the way people just think that everything should run perfectly in all weathers...The snow is bad, deal with it... Simple as... Of course trains and roads are gonna be buggered with snow falling regularly and it's not THAT easy to clear... People need to get their senses straight and stop whinging...

Sharkbait Reef - AT Sealife
Big fat massive LOL to Towers...Cutting corners is NOT the way to go... Considering what Dreamworks have seen Universal do with the Shrek brand in Singapore, Alton would've needed to get a lot of stuff for them to be happy...Glad though, IPs are terrible in our parks... Not to mention the rethemes that go with them...

Is the right answer!Look at Disney, rides like Teacups, Dumbo, Star Tours and similar are just effectively dressed up 'fairground' rides... What makes a ride fairgroundy anyways? Neither does Legoland, but this is due to the main target audience of the park... Chessie has only ever had 3 rides with a 1.4m restriction, 1 of them having a 1.2m one when it opened... What do you expect from a park that got aimed at kids (and now the tween/family market)? 90% of the park being adult thrill?Having rides with high restrictions doesn't make you have a good park... I've been on plenty lacklustre 1.4m rides which are very inferior to some 1.2m and less rides...

Merlin Entertainments
Don't think Merlin are bad enough to put a Sea-Life in the Tower when there's already one down the road from it
-
Merlin Entertainments
And York Dungeons, and Edinburgh Dungeons, and so on...What about all their Sea-Lifes as well?I've never been to the Tower itself when in Blackpool because I've just never really felt like it... And considering how popular the Merlin Brands are there is a very obvious reason why they're doing this for the Tower... And it may also help Blackpool in the long run... The thing about our sea-side resorts is that they are just not as popular as they once were... It's that simple really... So if Merlin can get people thinking "Oh the London Eye is good, let's check out the Tower Eye" and get more punters visiting who may not do normally will mean some more money in the future...Also, why are we complaining about Cheese in Blackpool? The whole bloody place is tacky as hell!

A ride like Storm Surge but not?Sense, your post does not make...And regarding Ice Age as an IP, they did the random attraction to tie into the third film, but they shouldn't dedicate an area to it, like Shrek for Towers, it's had multiple films and just cannot go any further... It should be left in peace... Originality is something Chessie should focus on due to the park's in place structure... No more IPs Merlin!
