It's no scarier than it looks, so if you like the look of it you'll be OK! Chessington run the ride with two settings at once, halfway through after a tame bit you can get off if you don't like it before it does the actual spinning. As for the wetness I believe it barely splashes you any more, but it is certainly capable of absolutely drenching you. The edge 4 seats on both sides of both rows are totally dry, but that defies the point. Sit in the middle and do the whole thing - you'll be fine!

The Swarm ends poorly and too soon, X-flight looks awkward to me immediately after the 2nd and 3rd inversions, just doesn't look like it flows properly. But then there is only so much you can tell from a video. I think it is fair to say, even from POVs only, neither are the best example of a B+M winged coaster, but GateKeeper just might be.

That is an excellent read, nice one. I'm not sure that has ever been confirmed anywhere else before? Kind of fits in with the whole 'SW7 is a replacement for something else that isn't ready' theory if this interview was back in March. 4D? I can't imagine what else.

For those without access to the pics, it still looks a lot like this... It does not appear to have gone vertical, but the station has a big concrete floor which I think is suspended above ride are bellow. I'd have thought the ride in there would have been built already, before covering it up, because access would be a big problem now. So maybe it has gone vertical but we just can't see it?

Meanwhile, in Fantasyland Seems to be getting some stick, but I think it looks fantastic.
