I went Monday and was a really nice ride on loggers I love it ! I went on 5 times in the day and gets better and better every time and the staff were really friendly and bought two photos too . The change if design in tunnel looks good too and I'm sure I got wetter this time too

That's expensive I agree on the coke but have you seen the chocolate bars in the machines 85p each And £2.30 for a bag of sweets that are usally £1 .

Seen a dead seagull in the safety net on stealth on Monday messy site feathers every where I bet that would kill someone you were sitting front row

I went on storm surge yesterday and the water was still in boats . And I was first to go on ride too at opening time an water was brown in colour so been there from previous day . I was shocked they could at least have cleaned the boats out for the guests it only takes a few minutes

The train tickets sound very reasonable I think I'm going to do the same option when I go next but won't be lucky Like you Jake I'm passed the 15 yr border lol , but with the train at least I dint have to drive 4hrs each way Thanks for info sheepie !!

I'm 6ft 6 and agree can be un confy on some rides collousus and stealth ! No legroom at all but I wedge myself in because loved them and take the pain because I'm a MAN lol Loggers is small seated and I take the whole rear seat To give you an idea how tall I can touch the floor sitting on nemmie on front row and have to bend my knees .

You need to get a fully loaded boat for best soaking IMO I got caught out walking across once

Thanks your a star ! I think I will buy merlin single passes for my friends and I will call up and see if I buy multiple if they will give a bit off discount That's a great idea with the winter time I didn't think of that .

I was wondering if there are group annual passes for Thorpe or merlin ones for all attractions , I'm looking for one for 4 adults so that I can show one pass. Is there any passes like this that I can purchase instead of me and my friends purchasing all single annual passes because it seems a expensive way .And do they run from season to season ie march till November or loop over to next year .

I totally agree with what you say about this subject but loads and loads of tests on these rides and safety features have to be at a very high standard . I have a good technical knowledge but don't know much about these mechanics on these ratchet stops .The H&S stuff gets way out of hand but has got to be done and I think loggers is quite good considering it's age .
