Air car park seems most legit although I'm way more keen for flume and valley.
  2. I voted Oblivion. Not really sure why but I still love it. Smiler was good but at the moment I'm waiting for New Ride Hype to die down before I go around exclaiming 'Nemesis is dead to me.'
  3. Topic locked as the 2013 awards are half a year away, posts have been transferred to the TPM you've been framed topic. http://forum.maniahub.com/topic/8257-youve-been-framed-tpm-appreciation-society/page-19#entry160546

Energizer / Bone Shaker was a Mondial Supernova. Although correct that there was a HUSS ride called 1001 Nights at one point!

I'm probably 2 months too late but I enjoyed this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YcNOapwgw6I
  6. Obviously it's out of the parks control (To a degree; better maintenance would make a difference probably) but yeah, Chessington needs to just start all over again. This time with a Mack YoungStar and launch coaster.

Ouch, banned for missing me out and also making a reference to nothing to do with that post. Pretty much just banned for spamming.

    Banned because... MCBAIN!
  15. You're right about Sonic!
  16. Only a max of 3 adults due to Chessington's ridiculous H+S policies. It was built wrong so it can't run with a heavy car basically. In wet weather it only runs 2 people per car.
  17. Good luck! I hope you get it and you enjoy your time there.

10 years ago?! That makes me feel so old because I remember my excitement even back then.

I remember the plans for the Vekoma Motorbike coaster that would've intertwined with The Flume. Ahhh the days. But yeah there's a huge chunk of space there that could have something awesome in it, but instead has The Flume.
  22. The building is 199ft tall. This is to avoid having the flashing beacon that would be required if it was 200ft or over. I think the actual evevators go slightly underground... #spoilers
  23. Just because it was a quick fix after the fire burning wwh down, doesn't make it any less of a good ride for me! I suppose the theme is... well I guess it doesn't really have a theme; but the actual ride experience is one of the best I've had when it comes to drop towers.
  24. Thorpe has plenty of flat rides, more than most other parks! And detonator is a lot more forceful than intamin drop towers. If there's anything Thorpe lacks it's a good dark ride!
