...Of The Year
Album of the year Alter Bridge - Fortress. Released pretty late in the year, but can't get enough of the album. Addicted To Pain being my favourite. Song of the year Safe and Sound by The Capital Cities. The one song that I heard time after time on holiday, and it became the unofficial anthem. Still love it now. Music Video of the year Same Love by Macklemore & Ryan Lewis. Great song with a strong message and a well created video to accompany it Film of the year The Great Gatsby / Monsters University. Both completely different in terms of genre, but so difficult to choose between them as enjoyed them both thoroughly! TV Show of the year I don't really watch much tv to be honest, so I'm out on this one! Sporting Moment of the year Being at Stamford Bridge when Q.P.R beat Chelsea 1-0 was a personal sporting moment! Link Personal Moment of the year Witnessing The Undertaker's entrance live at the O2 Arena in London...I've never been more excited! Link (Oh, that and finding a wonderful woman to share my life with )

It's ridiculous! I'm looking at getting out asap, but there it nothing around at this moment! So hopefully, after all the Christmas Temp jobs have gone, then I will be able to find something! Just suck that it happens now!

So, I work part time at a superstore. Over the past three years or so I've been there, I've been working 5 days 6am-12noon as part of my overtime and have looked at moving to those hours as my permanent contract time and time again, however, have been refused numerous times. Recently (past 2-3 months), all overtime was cut across the store as they couldn't afford to pay everyone. This meant that I went back to my contracted hours of three days a week, 6am - 10am. Time and time again, I've asked if there is any overtime and they've told me no. However, the few days I haven't been in, they've managed to give everyone overtime until 2pm. With rent and bills due soon, and Christmas on the horizon, I'm soon to be left with no money! Saving has obviously slowed down, and what I have saved has gone on past bills due to lack of overtime. Why on earth can't they just phone me up and call me in for a few more hours a week?!

The Big Bad Movie Topic
My apologies for coming off the horror theme! I'm not a huge fan of romance films. However my girlfriend convinced me to sit down and watch One Day (Based on the novel by David Nicholls starring Anne Hathaway and Jim Sturgess). I must admit, I really enjoyed it. It's quite slow on the uptake, but eventually gets into it and the story is quite a good one to be fair. It got me engrossed in it. I'd probably rate it a 9/10.

How to take a good photograph
I have a Nikon Coolpix L810. I think that's a bridge camera. I must admit, I try not to play around with the settings too much haha, but will have to now!

How to take a good photograph
Does it matter what camera you actually have? Or does every camera have all these settings?

Universal Studios Florida
I remember someone saying that it took them two hours to put the ride into manual and pull them onto the crest of the lift hill, before locking the train into place and evacuating the riders. Not sure if that's 100% true/possible, but if so, why would it take them 2 hours? (Just curious)

I swear, with the amount the spent on the strobe light on the inside queue, it would've made more logical sense to use them with the flasher instead.

Your Plans for 2013
Thanks Benin. I'm new to the whole "Booking a holiday" thing haha! I've always been involved in booking holidays, but my parents are the ones who paid, physically booked it etc! I thought Port Aventura might be a great place to go for my first holiday on my own with my girlfriend

What would the Squirrel Nutty Ride be changed to possibly?

Your Plans for 2013
I'm looking at planning a holiday to Portaventura, but every time I do, it tells me the onsite hotels aren't available! Does anyone have any good sites where I can look at booking an all inclusive holiday there for sometime next year?

If there is a Pingu ride, then we can forget the Smiler!

'The Wizarding World of Harry Potter'
If they make the Gringotts ride anything like the Mummy, but with the more advanced technology, then I'd be happy with it!

Jobs..
There doesn't seem to be much on the Full Time job front at the moment, and it's really what I'm looking for! But, looking whilst keeping the wage coming in, seems to be the best option for me right now!

I found all three of my rides on this quite smooth, however, you could see the ride shift sometimes when off ride.- The Smiler
I really like these new boards. Explains the ride a bit more to the general public- How would you improve Dark Forest?
Plus, there are more people walking out of that section than there are walking in!- CBeebies Land
Ahhh right, thanks Pluk. Unfortunately, the majority of people visiting the parks only seem to associate with brands. For example when in the Fried Chicken Company I overheard someone saying - "What is this place? A poor man's KFC?! Can't believe I had to pay extra for cheese!"- CBeebies Land
Sorry to sound like such a noob here, but what is an IP? I'm glad that Towers is refurbing this area. I think that they need to update Old McDonald's Farm, as it's looking more than a bit tired. Hopefully a few newer childrens rides. - The Smiler
