Bit of an incident at Sequoia Lodge, I'd seen people who were there tweeting about being evacuated and armed police but didn't know this was the reason, its a good job it was just a FALSE alarm as DLRP is a big western institution and is probably quite a valuable target to attack, clearly they weren't taking chances: "Disney's Sequoia Lodge ■On January 10, 2015, a woman alleged opened a window and shouted that she was Hayat Boumeddiene, who is wanted in connection with the Charlie Hebdo shooting that took place just three days earlier.[7] The hotel guests were told to stay in their rooms, while other parts of the resort were evacuated and armed police called in. " I have been able to do it ever since I joined but it started this a few days ago and hasn't stopped, I'm logged in and everything.

I'm sure everyone will be fascinated by my amazingly interesting job... I work the nightshift at Sainsbury's Thanet on a Wednesday, Thursday & Saturday 2000-0000, only 12 hours a week but I've got to juggle sixthform and a girlfriend on top of it, there's always plenty of overtime going and I get £6.91 an hour which is pretty good, once the store closes at 10 there's a lot of banter and the shift goes relatively quickly, so there you have it... I can tell everyone is wanting to know more...

http://www.totalthorpepark.co.uk/images/other/2016parkplan.jpg On this picture at the bottom by the Fungle site you can see an entertainment area set back and a fast food restaurant coming out of the Nemesis Inferno shop/ Studio 13 building, obviously I don't have a clue but the proposed plans might have changed and a building such as a restaurant or fast food joint might be going on the Fungle site rather than being part of the existing building. Sitting on front row in the Nemesis Inferno station you could see on the service road throughout last season there was a lot of bricks in bags, patio heaters and tables and chairs... but totally speculation of course.

And it clearly did a few times last season when they were only accepting prebooked tickets as it had reached capacity, fright nights felt like it although that was probably a mix of busyness and R&R

X should get a big fat ministry of sound sponsorship and sponsorship R kitted out even more and have the queue upgraded with more lighting, projectors, smoke and lasers and they should bring in an on ride photo and even possibly some nice new air conditioning to make that pyramid cold in summer rather than slightly less hot than outside as it was last year

I dont know if its just for the fireworks or is played all the time but when I went this Friday and Saturday the music in the monorail station was really catchy! It was the Alton Towers theme tune but funky sounding! I can't find it anywhere on YouTube so if anyone has a copy or a link to a copy please tell me!

It was still there last saturday

Both nights I went I was drinking, the Friday night I heard rumours of fights and lots of actors being punched but I never saw anything so I can't say thats 100% accurate. However on the Saturday when I bought alcohol some of the vendors were writing some information down onto a clipboard with my date of birth and what I was buying and some other stuff. This might just be a form of stock taking but because he wrote down my d.o.b it might be them trying to limit the amount of alcohol they sell or at least to have an idea of the quantities sold. Just an observation. btw Stella Cidre.... Top notch.

Just to point out that when I went on the 17th and 18th of October almost all of the catering outlets were still not open by 1200 and some were still not open by 1400. I know this is not as damaging as ride queues due to understaffing and I don't know what the reason is for such late openings but not having the catering outlets open by lunchtime is ridiculous and extremely frustrating for the guests who buy food from the park. Canada creek had no stores at all open before 1300 on both days!

The smoke wasn't on for all day Friday and Saturday at all. However coming out of Blair Witch I saw a view of the station which I've never seen before, I'm sure some of you have but I thought... that looks pretty cool:

Studio 13 tonight... I queued for 3 hours 20 on r&R and then have to queue another 1 and a half hours to get in, its ridiculous, everyone around me tonight in families and chavs and groups are angry at everything here!
