If anyone saw my post in the 2014 season topic about the traffic leaving you'll see how bad it was, I emailed THORPE to complain and they've given me 3 fast track tickets for each member of my group (that's 4) so in total 12 fastrack tickets for free with no expiry date always thought their customer service is good, I got a very lengthy apology and prompt response, well done THORPE!!

When I wen't on Wednesday it was packed and when the park closed the car park was gridlock. We came out about half hour after closing time and the car park was at a standstill until 7.46 (It closed at 6.00). There was no big reason for this like a crash or blockage. It got so bad that people were leaving through the entrance onto the roundabout; that was until security came over and shut the gates off. It seems ridiculous on such a busy day that there was no staff in the car park to try and alleviate the problems considering they have an abundance in the morning but 0 in the evening. Has anyone else noticed that the ride times boards play loads more adverts now, you have to wait a fair while to be able to see the queue and if you missed it you had to sit through the adverts again; I heard a lot of people complaining about this when I went

Loved hearing the chart music today from 'Then Noise', I know some people prefer a proper theme but I really like this station, wish I could get it online

October, but this wasn't there then to be able to see if its prices changed, I know they charge more (nearly £5 for a normal hotdog) but I felt the price in this chip shop (£2.25 for chips) was just ludicrous

This was closed today, have no clue why though as I didn't go over there

the hotel looked seriously busy today and as has been pointed out the first bit of signage on the shark is up!

Went on this ride today, I must admit the new baggage area is something I dont understand as since the ride always has queues the old one was ideal as people were already waiting there, the baggage room itself looks like an unlit cupboard with the collection point being a tiny hole in the wall. Besides that I loved what they've done to the ride, the new lighting layout is fantastic and the laser behind you on the lifthill creates a really good effect. One other point is that there is one track on their playlist that seemed to last about 10 minutes that was just a continuous beat, at first it was good but after a coupla minutes it was just irritating; luckily it changed when I got on!

Couple of things about this ride I noticed today, there's 3 sprinklers at the base of the lift hill all going off randomly, dunno if that's new or not. Also the inside of the dark section with the waterfall that's normally lit up was pitch black which in my opinion was not good as the waterfall didn't look impressive since it only looks good and doesn't actually get you wet. A final thing is the amount of rubbish in on either side of the queue as you approach the station; really needs to be cleaned up as it looks disgusting

The mist today in the tunnel and the queue was amazing! Mistiest I've ever seen it! Only thing to say is that the mist by the queue was a pain in the arse when the breeze blows it solidly onto you. Also one of the trains has a wheel cover missing on the right of the front row, loving some of the new merch in the gift shop as well

couldn't see any sign of the nest today although I wasn't looking for it, also 2 trains were running which meant the big queue moved unusually swiftly! My ride was extremely rough though, left me with a bit of a headache -.-

Had an amazing cycle today! The queue was the longest in the park at the points due to the amount of time it took to load and unload but the cycle was the longest I've ever known it, it shook a bit on the first swing but after that it was smoothly applying a heck of a lot of power! Hit the max height pretty quickly and kept staying high for a very long time! Whatever they've done to it IT IS AMAZING! One of the best rides today!

Never realised how bad the sync has gotten between A & B until today, also there was 3 or 4 seats out of order today :/ also as has already been mentioned the cycle was very short today

I agree that the shop is well themed etc however when I went today they were charging £6.25 (can't remember the pence exactly) for an extremely modest portion of fish & chips and to have a small portion of chips (all portions are pretty small) was £2.25 I was so disappointed in the price, I know places like this charge extra but this was ridiculous

The hydration stations are showing a Dr.Pepper logo, I hope this means you will be able to fill up the quencher (unlimited refills deal) with Dr.Pepper! Although it might just mean they're selling it, tbf I can't ever remember being able to buy DP from a vendor, always thought it was weird DP wasn't part of the unlimited refills considering Tidal Wave is sponsored by DP

But how does it know which arm matches the corresponding floor place?

How does this ride park itself? Whenever I've been I've fried looking for sensors and I just can't see them? Is it manually done or is it not?

So why is it that all the good themeing elements have been gone for so long? Would it hint that they are planning to remove it? Also with the waterfall in the tunnel section can the boats ever go right against it cos my ones always seem to be pushed away from it

What would be the reason for the power imbalance? And also has anyone ever noticed smoke coming out of the holes where the metal cable goes in/out of the main frame? Its only happened a couple of times so its not constant but I have seen it occasionally

Did anyone who went yesterday catch the name of the staff on rush? Or a brief description? I'm talking to THORPE about it and they said they'll talk to the teams about it if they know what staff were there

Does anyone know if 'The Noise' is still playing at the entrance and dome and flying fish or has it changed?
