Even though Blackfish is false, I personally feel that whales should be allowed to swim free in the wild and not be kept in captivity for entertainment purposes. I thoroughly enjoyed my trip to Sea World and the Shamu show was amazing. I'm not an animal activist or anything like that I just feel against the idea of forcing a whale into performing tricks,etc. This is my personal opinion however, so you can all moan and groan about "how Sea World is meant to be" [emoji854][emoji854][emoji854]

Thank God for that; after seeing Blackfish I'm glad that they have stopped breeding!

Let's just pray that they don't how find a way to keep throughout high... However all the praying in the world won't work; throughput will be pretty bad (on the bright side, better than IAC's shocking 100pph)

Smoking areas are a good idea, but a lot of the time don't work. People are aware of the fact that they aren't allowed to smoke in any other location of the park, yet they still do it. It's near impossible to strictly enforce it, as people are still going to flaunt it, no matter the consequence.

Smoking in queue lines is horrific! I am asthmatic and when I'm standing in line for a ride I don't won't to be choking on second hand smoke. I have no issue with smoking (that does not mean I approve of it, tbh I dislike it a lot), but it would be considerate if people in queues actually followed the rules instead of disobeying then and causing much displeasure to people around them.

It really bugs me how parents casually use the ugliest choice of words in front of their children. A prime example of this was in the IAC q today when a mum with a group of children were standing in the q behind me, and the mum decides to swear in every sentence in front of her young children, using the most despicable choice of words. I have no problem with swearing as a whole but after hearing a 7 year old saying, "This line is so f**king slow" multiple times just after the mother complained about the same thing, I find that very concerning!

Just a few of the pictures I took today! The building looks amazing in person, however the open plaza around it seems very plain with nothing around it. Preview Day seemed really busy for some reason, probably cos of the break downs and the ride closures. Noticed a few people from the forums today! They could easily turn the whole island into a scare zone. Foggers, scary lighting, a few actors...Also, Ive just noticed, the only LG mazes advertised are Cabin and Saw. MBV and Blair haven't been shown like they were on the description last year. Could this mean that only Cabin and Saw will return from the Lionsgate lineup. Cabin has been rated the best maze at Thorpe over the 3 years and Saw has a separate contract which (hopefully) runs out this year. It could be possible that these are the only two returning + The Big Top and the new maze/mazes.

Well this is exciting and disappointing! Was hoping for new mazes instead of Lionsgate again but this possible new maze/experience seems very interesting. Could be Derren Brown related?

Now all we need is the fire working again! Annual pass day is tomorrow so is guess it's family and friends day.

Just noticed that Canada Creek is no longer on the map and is now called "Old Town". The fence looks alright. Let's hope that it reopens in 2017 [emoji106]

As no one seems to have posted it yet, Thorpe will be selling 1871 tickets for only 12p (equivalent of a shilling). Tickets go online 10am on Good Friday!

They didn't last long, as there hasn't been any actors in the Saw q line for years. There probably will be minimal actors in the attraction however only actors that are required, to keep paying them at a bare minimum.

So much for going in the evening then [emoji58]. Gonna need to delay my trip until probably Sunday 8th now. In regards to actors being involved, I highly doubt that there will be many in the attraction. I think it will rely more on the screens and VR. Actors will be involved though, as previously stated (the grand illusion, live action line in the trailer)
