  1. I'm still quite disappointed. The idea seems quite naff but at lest it's a USP. Seeing the video and concept art has made me slightly more optimistic. The graphics look great and the futuristic vibe is appealing. However, from an off ride perspective, surely it will look like the same light blue, tame, under themed flying coaster - with the addition of people wearing bulky black goggles.
  2. The tower on the left isn't purely about Ferrari World. It depicts the flying theatre too. Anyway, I don't think the right tower is to do with any particular ride. It just looks like construction of various attractions. I believe The SFX coaster is themed around being inside a Ferrari engine and the specific parts that make the car. So cogs would certainly fit with the theme.
  3. On Dynamic Attractions website... The throughput would be bad and the ride building looks relatively small to fit it in.
  4. Jart, this does look like it could be for the ride and if it is then we've got Dynamic Attractions.(gasps with excitement) However, I don't think it would have been given away this easily. As previously mentioned, an agreement would have been made to keep things secret. EDIT: Jart, you have this incredible ability to pop up when we need you! Thanks.
  5. Ride: Rumba Rapids New Name: Neptunes Grotto Change the layout and add a drop and a whirlpool thing like River Quest at Phantasialand. Add a few Neptune statues and your sorted. Done.
  6. Isn't there a Flying Dutchman too. That would mean 2 flyers in 1 park.
  7. You mean that Thorpe Park have us right where they want us...
  8. I thought the guy in the middle was Derren, I've seen him where caps like that before.
  9. I think you are looking into it way too much. I honesty don't think this clue will have any revelence in the scheme of things.
  10. Just saw an Alton Towers advert and it included a bit about the new restaraunt. The design looked modern, simple and not tacky at all.
  11. If anyone gets clue 7 when it's released, don't say how because it will ruin the competition.
  12. My cousins said she suffered from abuse when loading rides and she worked at Thorpe Park which doesn't have the best atmosphere. Chessington does sound better. I realise there is many challenges to the job and eventually the level ofexcitement would decline. However, I still would love to gain the experience of working in a theme park. I've also read a great book called 'stories from a theme park insider'. It is filled with humurous stories from Disney world and I highly recommend reading it. Anyway, it makes working in theme parks seem incredible and it is what has made me want to work in a theme park so much.
  13. Thanks for that Paul. I'm thinking of working at Chessington in my gap year, despite it being ages away. May I ask what other attractions you worked at? You don't have to say.
  14. How were the others, Paul? My cousin worked at Thorpe and she said it was the worst month of a life.
  15. Smiler was bottom of my list. I only rode it once and it was dire. More head bangy than Colossus. The transitions were tight and there's nothing else Besides inversion after inversion!
  16. Cian, did thesanctumexperience follow you on Instagram? If so, are you going to go to their maze?
  17. What's the current fried chicken shop called in x sector?
  18. I don't think so. The picture on the left doesn't look familiar and it looks 4 storeys high.
