Did the Top Scan for the first time yesterday. Really enjoyed it actually, was very different to what I expected when you watch it. Said goodbye with a back seat ride on Olypia Looping. It was so forceful I had to push up to stop the restraints crippling me. Hangover was fun to watch. Also went on Wilde Maus XXL, the only other coaster worth doing IMO.

It's quite good, spent an hour on it today. I was struggling with getting the two stations to work on Space Mountain though.

It looks like it will a US Route 66 style theme from the new map. I've never been myself however it's worth keeping an eye on as they seem to be doing very well at the moment.

We're talking about Merlin who let Nemesis be exposed to the elements at Towers for 21 years before repainting it. I'm sure it would fit right in if Merlin got it back into working order at the minimum.

If the paint was stripped off during washing, looks like the paint was already flaking. It's clearly been rusting. Anyone else would think its an abandoned SBNO ride from that photo.

You can't judge performance on queue times. When I visited, the Big one had a longer queue as it was taking longer to dispatch. Icon was a shorter wait but the queue was moving way quicker.

Or a pair of second hand frog hoppers. ?

The problem with BPB is they dont have any spare land to expand into. The bowladrome was an eye sore which doesn't have as much historical importance. Its clearly paving the way to build on Icon's success. It would be great to see another Mack attraction which I think is highly likely considering the good relationship between the Mack and Thompson families.

Looks like the same kids that run Thorpes corporate account are also on BPBs! Making accidental posts and messing with / enraging enthusiasts (aka your most loyal guests). It's seems both parks are as bad as each other on social media. If you're going to be on Twitter at least be helpful and not make totally contradicting, mocking or clueless posts.

Another winter update which is nice to see. STOP THE PRESS - NEW GRASS FOR 2019 CONFIRMED. But on a serious note, it is great to see some attention being put back into the presentation park. The new turf looks much better.

Would/have Merlin ever considered buying a custom Mack coaster? That's what I want to know.

If Merlin wants Thorpe to be a resort, it needs a permanent hotel.
