You don't plan a cinema trip a month ahead and then just not mention it until its happening. Sometimes you need a simple reminder, at least in the actual week it's gonna happen.

Bubbleworks does fit with imperial leather, purely down to shampoos and shower gels creating bubbles. I think that's the only connection they made there, then the rest of the decision making was: "LOL replace everything with ducks!". Chessington loves it so much they dont even do anything with it. Even keeping the imperial leather stickers, the lucky buggers/lazy staff.

They can always be announcing super fun stuff like shows.. maybe Spiderman is coming back.

Extremis works the same as intamin towers - they're freefall by gravity. However, as they're so small you get the original christ we're falling bit then you've already hit the breaks - you don't get the usual boring almost-floatyness of usual drop towers.

Yeah there is. Ultimately don't you want as many members to go as possible? That's the point of a meet? Otherwise it is rather elite, ultimately someone who works 6 days a week and doesn't really have time to spot stuff which doesn't stand out who wants to go.. I know in the past we've had PM's on the day or so before to remind people/reassure new guys etc, or at least a bloody reply in the topic rather than last one a month beforehand. Shoddy is all

Going to a decent fair, the rides will be of superior riding experience! Worth the cost if it's outside of winter wonderland really.

Two weeks ago is too long - the announcements are so, so easy to ignore because they're blue on blue. Just do not stand out at all. I genuinely had every intention to going, I knew it was January but didn't realise it was the first weekend otherwise I would've come!

Excluding the trees, what other theming is there? Apart from chairs and tables.. Yeah, the castley bits around the outside with goblins but I cant imagine it'd be that noticable if they've gone atm, not as much as two massive trees.

I don't think its just one thing - it'll be an issue, compounded with incredibly poor weather, which'd lead to any delays. They may have known about a particular problem ages ago, but not realise how much the weather would actually affect them..

Hopefully it'll be themed. Then again, it's chessington budgets. McDonalds to BK transition had some theming gutted and replaced. The chairs and tables will be BKs so they would've taken them. Shame.

Yeah the Rita issue is more than likely people coming straight from rita to thirteen - priority passes if they've been stuck on ride, disabled guests and fastracks all appearing at once. Happens if two rides are close together - if both were working it'd be fine. Spinball, agreed. Think everyone agrees. Nemesis that picture was caused by someone not actually doing their job properly (let's say, they let 4 fastrack in every 32 queue) over a half hour period that's what was created. NST is fine with fastrack, knowing from experience. SW7 will have same treatment as other rides!
