Group sizes are about 20. 20 groups in a day. =£1000 a day Say actors get paid £9ph. Probably 8 actors a day for Dungeons working 7 hours a day, £504 a day. Plus ride staff to operate the boat ride (they won't be actors, just ride staff in a character), engineers/technicians getting the ride ready, plus the actual running of the attraction probably adds another £100-150 in simple terms. So yeah, it'd make a couple of hundred quid if it ran at full capacity.

Raptor and Oblivio fly into the Western area... Themed areas clashing aren't a big thing at Garda, so it doesn't really matter... Most rides are individually themed attractions rather than areas (Raptor, Ramses, Il Cosari)...

I'm pretty sure you get single shot on the day. I don't blame you to be honest, Sub Species is bloody brutal! I went to Scarefest when I was 13 in 2015 and did it the year after too. If they ask her for age just say 15, they can't really ID 15 year olds at a theme park anyway. Like what are the chances someone is bringing their passport and driving license to a theme park at age fifteen Lol?

As far as rides go I do believe that most rides did reopen so credit for that. Agree about the security thing being forced upon them and that it is better than when they had tents but Christ the bag check process is so long and seems nowhere near as bad as Chessington and Towers. Regarding RAP - it’s a tricky one - although I’ve being visiting parks regularly since 2013 I have only got RAP since 2017 - was told in 2013 that I was entitled to it but back then I seemed more able to queue but anxiety is a b%^tch and it’s got progressively worse the past few years - honestly don’t know how people will happily stand in a massive queue to get a RAP sheet for the day when it was probably one of the longest queues in the park. But saying that I don’t know what disabilities those people had as I know with mine it does vary. The place just seems like a park of queues - yes you expect queues for rides at this time of year which is fine but to have to queue a ridiculous amount of time before even entering the park I think isn’t great. Thorpe have some fantastic rides and credit to the guys working the rides that I’ve encountered this year as they seem a lot more cheerful than last year. It just seems that Thorpe management have zero interest in guest experience or feedback which is a shame

Saw Alive: Showtime will be a new thing in the dome this year so no need to worry guys!! The event needs massive changes as far as I’m concerned, the maze quality has been on a massive decline (bar Big Top) for years now and last year was honestly a complete laughing stock. They need to go back to the days of just having 4 or 5 decent length indoor mazes of good quality rather than just having an excessive amount of rushed botch jobs.
  6. Fright Nights 2019 - General Discussion

So we've potentially lost Saw Alive and Big Top isn't returning? Ouch... I miss the days when the lineup of attractions for Fright Nights looked like this; The Asylum Experiment 10 Se7en The Curse Saw Alive In relation to charging for mazes, why should that be a thing when they used to produce mazes like the above and have them included? Fright Nights is advertised heavily and brings in more people as a result of that marketing, to then charge people more to do the attractions that are advertised as part of the event would be a bit of a joke IMO. And as mentioned, we used to get mazes like Asylum (which was a queue-shifter anyway so that wasn't really an issue) and E10 included in entry. Last year was the worst in the event's history IMO.
