I highly doubt we will see anything on Colossus' lake. They have built out far enough, perhaps even too far. The noise from the ride and audio can be heard from outside the park, building any closer woud onyl cause more noise issues. Therefore, the Stealth lake is the only feasible option.
  2. Go either this Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday or Friday if possible. Park will be pretty much dead and most rides and mazes will stay under 45 mins. Will get a bit busier later in the day of course, especially once schools finish. Remember you have to prebook for your tickets (even if you're an AP holder) from the 24th, which is next Saturday. As mentioned above, make sure you go to your first choice maze about 30-45 minutes before it opens (4pm). This way you'l beat standing in a queue and then can get on with others. If you do do the above tip, I'd personally say do Asylum of Se7en first. Why? Well, they are the closest together, so you can queue before one opens and get on it straight away, then go on the other one straight after - and hopefully avoid a massive queue. Also, these are the 2 I've heard the best reviews from.Stay as late as possible. Rides in the dark are so much better!"Finally, enjoy the day!

Back on the idea of the 2011 coaster, if this holds to be true, plans would need to be released between now and December time (approximately?) However, I thought the MTDP was to tell the council what thye were planning on doing, so with no MTDP released, I'm not sure if a 2011 coaster is too realistic. Of course, I don't know what happens behind the scenes and a 2011 coaster could happen; I'm just making a point and theory.
  4. That Unit was just so boring. Plus, the amount of Database work needed was just way too much for me!As for my favourite lessons, it would have to be either Maths or English, followed by DiDA and Physics. Yes, seriously! Maths is just fun, and my English teacher is just legendary! DiDA is fun with all the creativity involved and Physics is just interesting. Can't stand French no more, and Geography is plain boring. Also worth noting that I'm at a Performing Arts school, and gladly not taking a singe 'Performing Art' subject.
  5. I was on park today but completely forgot about the meet-up. Glad everyone had a good day though.
  6. SO use the Fastrack queue basically?
  7. Does anyone know if SRQ is still in use or not? I've heard about how it is sometimes used if you queue up in the Fastrack queue line? Is this true?Cheers in advance.

Drop. Bit like Detonator but on track. Can hardly be exciting but a world first nonetheless.
  9. I honestly hate the new skin. Looks far too 'heavy' and just seems too computerised and not as if it was 'man-made'. It might just be because it is new, but it is just doesn't 'feel' good, and seems much more busier and complicated than before - there's so much more buzzing around, and it just looks too 'full'. I prefer the much more basic 'less is more' theology.
  10. Though I didn't get stuck, I couldn't move my right arm until the show nearly ended. It was numb till about 10:30. Also, I did go all blurry in my right eye for about 2/3 minutes.
  11. Better question - why not? Though at times it could slow the queue down slightly, it wasn't too dramatic - well from what I saw anyway. Many people are saying how SAW is not designed for SRQ - but it would work very well when done rightly. Making a permanent queue divider in which disabled riders have the majority of the space - after all, a single rider queue only really needs enough space for 1 or 2 people to stand side-by-side. Anyway, the most part of disabled riders who will need a large amount for moving around are more likely to use the lift than the stairs. Then, as long as the staff get used to having single riders (instead of having them, taking away, bringing them back, taking them away again, etc.) then it would work. Dispatching SR to the upstairs station area is easy. Then, as long as you get a member of staff who can just pay a little bit extra attention to who they put where, there would be no need for the operator to call for SR. Just a matter of adjusting. In the end, I've been for SRQ on all rides, especially SAW, as it works so well and loads of seats are left empty.
  12. So basically, we'll be seeing 3s everywhere around the park. How can you make it justifiable to make the system EVEN MORE vague? If they wanted to do this system, surely a better way to do it would be:1: Under 20 minutes.2: 21-40 minutes.3: 41-60 minutes.4: 61-90 minutes.5: 91-120 minutes.6: 121+ minutes.Remember, that's me saying if they wanted to do the system, not what I think is the best system. The best system was the old one. Just have on the LED boards (or even a small note near it) that all queue times are approximations and could be longer / shorter than projected for a variety of reasons. Then we'd all be happy and we wouldn't have another thing to complain about.

I blame my bad grade on the high pitched woman and on a bad quality tape. I could hardly make out a word of what they were saying in English, let alone the French stuff. Thankfully, I can retake this year and hopefully get a better grade.
  14. Didn't TPM try selling merchandise at one point and have it fail to some sort of extent? Not sure how worthwhile it would be, especially to those who are going to their second meetup. Would be nice, but I just can't see it happening.
  15. But how painful would it be to have red dye sprayed into your eyes? No matter how skin friendly it is, it will be uncomfortable to the eyes.

As far as I'm aware, the ride was dismantled. I do remember seeing a photo or two inside the tent of it. However, I heard rumours it was sent to Brazil.

  18. I hate Big Brother. Just such a boring idea.I also dislike TV shopping channels like QVC and Price Drop, they really do send me to sleep!
  19. Anyone else heard of the controversy when TP last employed 14-15 year olds in 2001?Have a read HERE

One? You've only bought one mouse, so unless you have another mouse, it can't breed...
  21. My point is it is all rumour and that it is just something we've 'heard'. Ther is no evidence from TP or Lionsgate that such an agreement or contract has been produced.
  22. I find that a bunch of rubbish as some rides I have been on have had more than 3 effects not working, and the ride still opened. I do believe that this agreement they and is still a rumour and, in my opinion, has no truth behind it whatsoever.
  23. Taken from TP's website.^Anyone who beats that gets a gold star!

Just wondering when TPM Chat will be getting scheduled chat times. Seems rather pointless at the mo when logging onto it and having no one to chat to.
  25. That was my idea, by the way. I don't think Thorpe could do this for the simple fact it would be rather hard to incorporate it round the park, dropping off people in suitable places that would cause too much congestion. It would be rather hard to maintain and might not be cost effective enough. Also, I personally think it would be much easier for people to walk around because, lets face it, the CCR loop is very popular and having one all round the park would be too much.As for my idea, I'm working on a map that would look like TP's one off of Wikipedia that I will hopefully post soon.
