As it stand's those with disabilities use the designated queueline, if you have a disability affecting your motor skills (walking for long periods of time) you continue using the lift. It was installed to prevent clogging up on the offload platform/bagroom area.
Why is it year upon year people AUTOMATICALLY run straight for the top-spin concept. Get a grip people if they wanted one probably would of had one years ago.

I would still stress the fact that Alton Towers is in the middle of nowhere and is not worth travelling anymore than 45/60 minutes for if the operational hours are 6 hours or less.
