When Gerstlauer came over to do up the ride a month or two back, all the effects went out of sync and they are not sure why. (only by what iv been told, my guess is they were not re-synced back to the ride when the computers sped up dispatch)
I will take this time and conclude your talking about Stealth. They were trying their upmost hardest to get it open and is scheduled to open today, tomorrow or monday. they had about 3/4 lorries around the winch room! You cant conclude this and that about THORPE PARK!
I think the LED board note was a great touch to SAW - the ride today! "Sorry for any delays we are nursing SAW - the ride because of the temperature change in the autumn " ( or something along those lines"
I haven't a clue if anybody has heard it yet, but its a park wide announcement, its Billy the puppet basically announcing THORPE PARK FRIGHT NIGHTS, I don't remember the whole thing but the ending is " welcome to THORPE PARK FRIGHT NIGHTS...."
The best feature, through my eyes, is the loop, as it now has smoke puffing out underneath it, and when it swoops through the loop takes it all with it and it looks just sexy!
Allegedly, they wont do any REAL changes until peak times, at this point I believe police officers and other types of actors will be running around the plaza/queue just like on the John Lewis night.Apparently there is even going to be an actor acting like John Kramer!
I hate to say you may very well be wrong there Paul, Ewan is taking extra priority in inferno and I think he will make sure its consistent and running too its full potential.
I have done some asking about and apparently it was just not busy enough to bother, with the queue being averaged 30 seconds to a minute people are not paying attention long enough.
When they advertise SAW - the ride comes alive they should MAKE IT COME ALIVE! They cant just stop it because its dead! if this was the case I would certainly march on up to guest services and complain SAW- their ride comes alive is a big pile of S*@!
Obviously Ewan had help from the engineers! no way in hell could he do all this in about 2 days worth of work on his own that pipe is about 25+ meters long!
