    Britain's got talent

And like that boy who was playing Wipeout on the drums. I know he didn't make it to the semi-finals, but he got through the first round, and anyone could have done that. And I'm speaking as a fellow drummer myself, it's not the hardest song to play.

I agree with that 100%. It's like you read my mind .

    Your Thorpe Park

I agree. Really I think Thorpe Park need something that many people haven't seen before, perhaps a flat ride that would be the first of its kind in the UK.
  4. I suppose the Yorkie Sponsership isn't too bad. Everytime I see or eat a Yorkie I think of Stealth!

    Britain's got talent

I completely agree. Another example is the saxophonist (the one with the saxophone ), I know he's good and everything, but all he is doing is playing a musical instrument. I mean thousands of people could do that. But I must say though, that he does play it incredibly nicely .

    Britain's got talent

Completely agree. The first semi-final was fantastic, and the second was OK. But after that, I just felt like I was wasting my time watching the shows. Don't get me wrong, there were many talented people on the shows, but unfortunately there were far too many un-talented people between them to make the show the slightest bit interesting.

    Britain's got talent

I hate the way all of the judges were saying "Oh.... because she's so courageous, I have to go with my heart and say her!" Tell me piers and amanda, why on earth isn't it called Britain's Got Courage? BECAUSE IT'S A BLEEDIN' TALENT CONTEST!I am sorry, but I feel very strongly about this.

    Britain's got talent

I don't think that she deliberately did it. I believe that it happened unexpectedly, and I am saying that if she can get destroyed by "semi-final" pressure, she shouldn't be voted through over people who have more of a potential, such as Gregg Pritchard for example. I do think that people voted for her because they felt sorry for her, which is not right. She does have great voice, but she just doesn't have enough courage (in my opinion) to make it as a professional performer at her age. I did think it was rather amusing that before her first performance tonight, Ant and Dec said "Next up is a girl of 10 years of age, with nerves of Steel. It's Holly Steel"

    Britain's got talent

Completely agree. And if she falls apart like that on the semi-finals, imagine what she would do at the Royal Variety! And I agree Tim, Gregg Pritchard has an amazing voice, and they lost out on a potential star there. I did think that his audition was better however. He has a fantastic, totally unique voice, and if he chooses the right song, he is one of the best singers I have ever heard.

Same, and I think you get a better view going forwards on the right side.
  11. Completely agree. Merlin try to put on more events, and create a fun day out, that will be more than just going to a theme park and going on the rides.
  12. This is the main thing that I have noticed this year. Thorpe Park seemed to have improved considerably in running rides, and generally managing a large gate-figure well.
  13. When I was in the Stealth queue on Tuesday, Greased Lightning came on, and near enough the whole queue was doing the moves and dancing/singing along. The atmosphere was electric!

    Your Thorpe Park

I agree with you there, the atmosphere wherever you are in the Rumba area is absolutely fantastic!
  15. Oh right. Ok, thanks.
  16. Have Thorpe Park stopped selling the SAW syringe pens? It's just that on Tuesday I couldn't find any in the SAW Store, The Thorpe Mega Store, or anywhere else for that matter. I know that many schools across the country have banned the pens, so I didn't know if Thorpe Park had stopped selling them.
  17. I know it can! :DAnyway, back on topic now.

    Britain's got talent

I've been watching Britain's Got Talent right from the start, and I've just remembered that I won't be able to watch the final on Saturday . *Crying uncontrollably*
  19. Get soaked and don't even go on the ride? No thanks .
  20. I can totally see the point in Hydration. If it's a hot day, all water rides have queues over an hour, and everything else is around 20 minutes - 1 hour, and you really fancy a water ride, £6 Hydration is the way to go.

Well, on very busy days, sometimes you will find a ride host standing at the divide telling you which way to go.

    Songs And Lyrics

Has anyone ever noticed how complex and well-written the lyrics to Poker Face are? (I think they are anyway )
  23. It has been occasionally this year, although I think that the effects in the tunnel were far more crucial to improving ride experience, although even the little effects do make a difference. Hopefully now that the major effects have been up and running, the smaller ones will also receive the same treatment.

The only reasons they run Rush on one swing, is if there actually is a technical fault, or if the park is having an off-peak day. Rush's reliability seems to have improved drastically this year, so I would presume that Rush has been running on one swing occasionally because of low gate figures.
  25. Now that the effects are working nicely, let's hope that they can keep them up!
