Legoland
Never been turned away by Lego, I think it's just as long as you don't take the proverbial piss around the park and bear that it is for kids... Otherwise they will throw you out... Gullivers refuse you point blank unless you have a kid, or have emailed in advance about it... And even then you get an escort around like a dirty person...

Went on Saturday, was alright... Nash is brutal now, my back was numb after riding it, I also learnt that I will only ever ride the Wild Mouse by myself from now on... Did Skyforce, it's the most intense version out there by miles, purely down to the prevailing wind from the Irish Sea catching you and propelling your spins further and faster to the norm... Pretty much every goon there got off completely messed up, it's really popular already even prior to officially opening... W&G ride is FABBBB <3 Really not much else to report, the park hasn't exactly changed massively... Though everyone's sudden realisation to the Monorail station having vanished was funny...- New For 2015?
At Chessie I've asked for one with my meal before and got one... Can't be knocking freebies...- Great Yarmouth Pleasure Beach
Why have I only just realised the topic title spelling mistake? Also, annoyed I have to return for that thing... Urgh...- Cheekiest nando's experience?
My mate works at Nandos... This is my contribution...- Efteling
The park has its own hotel, and a holiday village, those would be the recommendation because they are fab (though I've not stayed at the village)... There's probably some cheaper hotels in the area, but that's what trivago is for...- Colossus
It's an undercoat, pretty much every coaster in the world has this, you don't just paint directly onto metal... Strange this is being done mid-season mind...- Efteling
2 days is enough, though not sure how the place deals with crowds (I'm led to believe the answer is not well)... Depends how long you spend in the Fairytale Forest of Forever as well... If you wanna fly, either Rotterdam or Amsterdam are the options for you... If you get connections right, probably takes over an hour to get from the airport to the park via trains and buses, which are both regular from Tilburg or s'Hertonbosch...- Project WC16 - New for 2016
Swarm as a brand was weak, and probably not helped by having a diabolical shop to boot, it's a similar issue to Thirteen's branding, though there's a lot of that merch mincing about... The difference between Smiler/Oblivio and anything prior to those is vast... The shops for those are packed out, and the sheer amount of tat is perfect for goons and the public alike, it would be disappointing for Merlin not to continue this trend, but I guess that's Thorpe's decision at the end of the day...- General Election 2015
Given the hatred of Gove from teachers after what he's done to the education system, we can only dread to think what'll happen to the Justice system under his leadership...- New For 2015?
The longer the parks in the UK have this thinking the more of a state they'll end up into... The Dome needs to be a real big deal, it's the real first thing you endure experience upon a visit, it needs to blow people's minds... It doesn't do this...- Phantasialand
Stop saying you want to go and just do it... Book flights, hotels, etc and just visit these places...- Efteling
Testing, testing, 1, 2, 3...- General Election 2015
Clegg, Farage and Milliband all resigned/quit after this... Bloodbath is probably not apt enough...- General Election 2015

S&S gave up on it, I highly doubt any other company would want to go for a similar design, as using hydraulics instead of air pressure would probably result in even more of an unreliable mess... Or at least it would still have the potential to suffer from the same issues as the original... As always, every year, the best thing for the park to do would be to scrap it and replace it with, well ANYTHING...- General Election 2015
Lol at all the exit polls being horrifically wrong... Let's be honest here guys, no matter who got in (Labour, Tory, Coalition), we would've been absolutely screwed one way or another... It worries me about people voting for UKIP, shows how easy it is to pander/manipulate to a demongraphic, in the same way that this week saw a rather vicious attack towards Miliband by the Tory sided papers... The SNP taking pretty much full control of Scotland even after their choice to stay in the UK is weird too, but I don't pretend to know anything about politics anyway so...- General Election 2015

Given that Japan have done a Resident Evil horror maze (with laser guns, which sounds FAB), and I think Orlando had one the other year (I forget), it's no surprise that gaming is a medium they've been interested in... Any Nintendo addition will be in Japan first though... And the potential ideas are very interesting... Even beyond the likes of Mario, Zelda and Metroid, what about a Pikmin themed attraction?- Europa Park
Because of COURSE you want an EuroMaus themed game!- Chessington General Discussion
Quoted for truth... It's always something that we enthusiasts take for granted, presumably because we'd love to live next door to a theme park... About the only things that might produce regular income outside of the park that I'd consider local are Monkey Puzzle, and the shops at Chessie South station...- Random
