Weren't Pixar meant to be doing a Dinosaur film? (Answer, yes, as well as 3 other original stories over the next 3 years) To be fair to them though, at least their sequels for the most part (Cars 2 is the one exception, but that was Disney going IT PRINTS MONEY!) are actually pretty decent... In fact Toy Story aside they've not done many sequels/prequels (Research tells me that this would only be their 3 non Toy Story related sequel)... I'm not sure if Nemo was worth a sequel though... -

The soil being different to the expected was the issue, hence the concrete walls that suddenly appeared unexpectedly... Either that or Merlin are following other trends, as the UK is rare in that majority have their rides open with the parks themselves... Europe and USA don't tend to do this for major rides...

Feet don't make the difference; length of leg does... Hence I can't sit in the back rows because I'm not a bloody contortionist (even then the front rows are a struggle)...

On a personal level, I could never really count a ride's lift hill alone as world class... Especially when the reasoning for it being such is a trait shared by all other hyper coasters (and some other ride types as well)...

I dunno, never ridden them... Millenium Force and Expedition G-Force do suffer from it...

Nope, like most big rides, it suffers from great first drop, dull rest of layout syndrome... See also most Intamin Hypers... Only ride Alice 2-3 times a year? After my first go on it last year it's turned into a must ride whenever I visit it <3

See with it expiring it's a bit silly, as it means that most people might not be able to use it... Make it for all year then they'd get some money from it... And please, for the analogy, it's like winning an apple pie </3

Better than not winning anything though, and it's something that could come in handy (£10 for the Fastrack Silver package is decent tbh if there's 60 minute queues on everything as an example)... Though no doubt it's got an expiry date on it, at least it's SOMETHING...

Damn Towers for producing a random unadvertised prize when only a select few (if there's more than 1 winner of the VIP tour) will actually win those prizes advertised... I might moan at McDonald's since I wanted 50k of cash and all I got was a free McMuffin voucher...

In your opinion... Mine (and others) differ in that the Colossus sound also can sound really diabolical... I don't think much can beat a B&M roar audible from the opposite end of a huge valley for intimidation levels too... Indeed the B&M roar in itself is one of the most iconic noises in the industry...

To be fair, Colossus does make a HORRID noise off the lift hill... Unique, but horrid... Even the roar is rattley too...

Looks like I might well be making an appearance to this now (avec Nicky)... In addition, I might need some delightfully happy volunteers to make fools of themselves on camera for a couple of seconds for this competition thing I'm a part of that needs to take place on park, it won't take long at all and could be a decent advertisement for TPM as a plus [/shameless plugging] But yeah, I'll be there...
