Anyone know if Storm Surge is on the disabled pass?Soooooo not going to bother riding if I have to wait an hour or so to get on another ride when I could spend my time on better things

It makes me angry when people lie so that they get out of queueing, when people like me and your daughter genuinely can't queue. Also makes me angry that I can no loner enjoy the rides with more than one of my friends.

People who "know nothing about rides" don't really annoy me, I must admit I do get a few laughs out of it though.

The only time I've ever seen Queue jumping is at Chessington, on Billy's Whizzer.The girl in her horrible wannabe gangster accent:"We're just tryin' ta have a good day, whyyyyy you kicking us out for?!?!"Everyone in the queue: BYE!It was amazing.

Ride staff have helped me out of Loggers and Rumba Rapids before, as I was with one person and needed the extra support...

Seems pretty pointless going with a group of friends when I can only get on the rides with one of them. It's bollocks, and not the good kind.

I was just randomly thinking about Valhalla (Well the half of it I actually saw) and was thinking why do the boats move so f***ing fast through the station?! I remember really hurting my foot jumping into the boat where I couldn't just step into it because it would have knocked me flying. If I was at my weakest with my disability I literally would not have been able to get in...If I ask them nicely this year would they actually be able to stop the boat moving at 100mph so I don't almost end up in A&E again?

Yeah they did make it stricter, I had to pay £10 for a doctors letter saying I couldn't stand for long periods of time. And my doctor had such an attitude about it, like I was wasting his time or something - posh numpty Only I'm not sure if I have to bring the letter again this year or get another one, I don't want to turn up and be told no. Yeah okay, I'll hold my hands up and admit I was wrong I know Thorpe gets a bad rap for "lack of atmosphere" and blah blah blah but I really do escape from everything and always have an amazing day there. And I am really grateful that they even have a disabled pass.

Because we would then spend half the day sitting around waiting to get on another ride, bored. And you could say "Yeah but we have to be stood in queues just as bored" but it's not our fault we can't queue, is it. We deserve special treatment

Well I wouldn't go with 7 people anyway because we just about manage to get on everything once with 4 of us, so that doesn't really bother me

I wasn't being all that serious, just one or two less rides on the list would be nice as they seem to add another ride to it every year! (Like Zodiac & Samurai, which have both recently been added to the list) You can only take 3 people on the rides with you anyway, so I don't see how it could be "much lower"...

The disabled pass system could be improved imo, I swear me and whoever I'm with spend half the day walking around in big circles to a ride not on the list.I think they should take a couple of rides off it like Zodiac or Loggers Leap, especially Loggers as most of my friends hate Slammer and it's the only decent thing not on "the list" at that end of the park.I know I'm lucky that there even is a thing in place for people who have trouble queueing, but it's a pain in the ass walking from one end of the park all day.I miss the good old days when I could just work my way around the park without having to wait a queue time to get on anothe ride. Stupid non-disabled people and your green-eyed complaints
