  1. Correct! (Jack or Jamie... probably more Jamie as he didn't get to see it in person before hand! ) That's the sketch... Of that
  2. Well upon leaving they have made a larger cattlepen set outside the entrance (as it wasn't long enough today causing the winding car park queue). But lots of little touch ups! Especially EDGE! Queues were fine. Inferno, Stealth and later Swarm on 2 trains. Colossus 1 but even then it was okay. Detty and Loggers were both open by 10:30 so yeah! X will probably be open all day tomorrow as well and hopefully Saw (although nothing happened that you could see but we all know that doesn't mean nothing was going on!). Rumba's queue line fencing looks to be painted in places and work was going on on Rush so they should all be open by Thursday I'd say. And the new Amity Beach sign is ready to be put in place to replace the Neptune's Beach one. All good! And Loggers tunnel... that is brilliant! It's like there isn't one
  3. So it is indeed a sketch (but a very good one!). I'll post another section of the sketch. Should hopefully help.
  4. Cbeebies Land, RMT and Nemesis will open at 9am for ERT (doesn't mention the new cred) and Air will open from 9:30am.

    Nemesis

I know a friend who has a dog who barked in a way that sounded like sisemen so it must be true. Maybe people just don't believe the rumour because it seems so far fetched and is a silly idea (so actually... what with this being Merlin we should be believing it). Just imagine what Wardley would say. "Varney.... what was wrong with it going the right way? Look at this scowl and tell me! You shall regret this!"

    Nemesis

That's just the tagline for Nemesis! Was heavily used as the branding back in the day! Not some made up stuff. Maybe they are literally saying Nemesis is 21, and it's coming soon? Why does that photo have to mean anything other than it's turning 21? But let's spark rumours!!!! We know B&M produce backwards chasis for inverted coasters with 8 rows... and Nemesis was on one train over Feb Half Term with the other locked away.... so must be going backwards.
  7. If it's 19th Celia will be joining to try and beat me at Empire (ha. Funny that).
  8. Romantic weekend was had.
  9. So Merlin have sent out an email about the AP days etc. As expected but... Vampire and Bubbleworks will be unavailable over the weekend! Yay!
  10. Loves his rides without flour in, recipe for success!
  11. Was nemesis, air, blade, RMT and the whole of Cbeebies at the end. Over summer it was Smiler, Oblivion, Enterprise and Cbeebies
  12. 2011 failed because you didn't have to prebook and each pass holder could bring 2 friends for £10 each. And then they had a few food places open and it was chaos. Since the prebook system it has been much better! Not dead no because they won't purposefully make the park dead but they've been pleasant with 30 minute queues. Tidal Wave has had it's water tower removed so maybe it's having some more work done to it than usual that is taking longer than planned. Rumba Rapids meh wouldn't mind if they left that closed all year.
  13. I went on a school trips day last year and it's okay. We did Inferno 7 times and Stealth 3 times by 10 (could have done more if we had thought about doing the other rides) then it started getting busier so we hit up some of the flats and X. Bit more busy, quieter rides and water rides (very weather dependant though the queues for them). Had lunch early (or get a takeaway and eat in a queue) then wondered the park doing rides as and when we wanted. By 4 most queues were under 30 minutes which was good. If they still do the free fastrack for an hour you'll get that for 9:30-10:30 with early access being from 9:15.
  14. 12th July, you'll be there on the dreaded school trips week sadly. But, before 10:30/11 and after 4/4:30 it's pretty quiet as that's when all the school kids arrive/leave.
  15. Maybe all the rides closed at that time and that the parks time is just different to all of your phones by a few minutes? I'm pretty sure control or something would radio around announcing ride close and that's when the staff go to close the gates. Sometimes they'll let you up if your phone doesn't quite make it 4 but I don't think they do it without being told to by higher up and I think the whole park gets that order as such.
  16. Air (5) Duel (2) Hex - The Legend Of The Towers (7) Nemesis (7) Oblivion (4) Duel + Oblivion - And it's better than Oblivion so should make it through this round.
  17. Air (6) Duel (3) Hex - The Legend Of The Towers (6) Nemesis (6) Oblivion (4) Duel + Oblivion - (I'm sorry but Duel is fun and does stuff, Oblivion is so meh)
  18. Throughputs is the thing that's concerning me most about all of this. You won't be rushed through it surely as there's the quiz section so it won't be continuous flow. And cattle pen, if they're going to have a queue it'll have to be a cattle pen as they won't have much if any room to play with. Let's be honest it is right next to an active, busy construction site (and they won't block of the Fungle site with a cattle pen like they do at FN as that destroys a huge chunk of access from the service road to the site). Unless you have to get a timed ticket for the maze. No Fastrack, just when you go in there is a stand in the Dome and you get yourself a timed ticket by scanning your park ticket (as you should still have it at this point it's only been a minute since you entered) and then when they're gone they're gone. First come first serve. Like they did with Saw Alive on the 2010 AP day and have done before. And to those thinking that we must rethink everything we've thought about the 2016 dark ride theme, why? This maze is going behind the dark ride, not near the entrance plaza of the dark ride and this is Thorpe Park. Look right you've got Saw, left you've got some colourful bird filled building and so forth. Highly doubt this will mean the dark ride theme will have to complement I'm A Celebrity as this is Thorpe. Mismatch fun.
  19. http://www.legoland.co.uk/Plan/tickets/Parking/ What this website? The one that states: Standard Parking is free for valid Premium Annual Passholders. Or the Merlin site: http://www.merlinannualpass.co.uk/faq-about-premium.aspx Free parking is available at THORPE PARK Resort, Chessington Resort, Alton Towers Resort, LEGOLAND Windsor Resort and Warwick Castle. Just saying. Checked the website. X is right next to a construction site. Inferno is not clear. Maintenance track had scaffolding all over it and the exit leads into the construction site of the 2015 ride. If Stealth breaks it breaks. Rides are subject to availability.
  20. It's okay guys, Jack will reappear in an April adventure... assuming he makes it out of Hobs Pitt alive
  21. Premium pass holders still get free parking at Legoland.
