But thats not a mechanical problem is it?? In thorpe near enough every ride has worked fine, and just had the general downtime. Alton's X-sector seems to be having a whole host of mechanical problems at the moment, which need to be sorted out! You wouldn't of thought that Enterprise has had alot of new parts after its been down for 3 weeks?
Its a shame, hope its back up for august because this, unlike Slammer is one of their biggest attractions and they will loose money (even though we got the smiler) because people will want to ride blivvy and Smiler. It's a shame I always thought it was highly reliable.
Simply what are your phobias and if you can remember when did your phobia start?
I have arachnophobia (spiders), that phobia started when 2 large spiders crawled up my leg and started biting me when I was 6 and I have a phobia as some of you know of Ferris wheels, I don't know why its just when people move about or rock the gondolas I loose my crap.
So what your phobias and also have you had any of your phobias cured?
Well, I hope Thorpe's new ad, atleast tries to be abit more family friendly, might attract more people then, and with depth charge maybe they want people to ride that so us enthusiasts get shorter queues on the big rides
Officially posted by towers street's facebook page
Alton Towers have confirmed to us that last year's new maze The Sanctuary and Terror of the Towers will return at Scarefest.
To allow for construction of the mazes, The Towers will close to the public on 11th August, with the chapel remaining open throughout.
