Would anyone happen to know how much it costs to get a taxi to/from Crawley station to this? Buses aren't too often and I'd like to try and get all the mazes done so staying as long as possible would be great! Unless anyone thinks I could get all the mazes done (with fast track) by 10:30

Should be going this Friday and then the AP event to see how well it's all settled in! Looking forward to seeing how the first weekend goes this year as they seem very prepared

Thorpe are doing some marketing on twitter by making actors hold pictures of celebs in some attractions! Gives a look (a very small one) into the Big Top, Platform 15 and Saw. Pictures are scattered on twitter!

The Girl With All the Gifts A truly beautiful film. Reminiscent of 28 Weeks Later and The Last of Us. Cannot stress how much it surprised me!

As spooky times are fast approaching I thought I'd create a little topic where we could express our creative ideas for potential mazes/scarezones etc. Not park specific either so go wild! The first idea I have is a maze for Thorpe Park, not too sure on a name yet so ideas are welcomed... UNTITLED A maze focusing and playing on the nostalgia of Thorpe Park. Taking you back in time to have your childhood memories distorted and warped into a mushy nightmare. Primarily the characters involved would be the old Rangers. Their severed heads would be scattered around and occasionally they'd pop out whilst the pitch changed carousel song would play, using old props to really create the immersion. Old uniforms and costumes would be used but not in a lazy way, more of a I'm gonna remind you of how things were kinda creepy way! Use some failures the Park has had previously and really grind them up, show everyone that the happy feel was in fact quite dark and twisted. I feel like they could really use dark humour in this too so everyone could enjoy (both new and old guests to the park) whilst still creating a horrific environment... Would also be 10x better than Dead End and less reusing items more taking advantage of lost childhood memories! Try and keep ideas unique and fun and constructive criticism is encouraged. This one's gonna be more of a serious topic so any joke ideas should be directed in the topic below, have fun!

Would've never said Kraken if someone asked me to guess what ride would be getting VR next but it'll definitely be interesting. Kinda hope the story brings together all the coasters in sea world with a big ass Kraken thrown in! Wonder how long operations will take when it's set in

Does anyone actually have the big top soundtrack from last year? I remember it being on YouTube for a short while before it was taken down and I really liked it. There's a few clips scattered around but there was one section that was chaotic (in a good way)

Never had my clothes taken off during FIA, it's more about the feel of terror. Won't say what happened properly but being made to crawl for a substantial amount of time and being handled in a way when actors are screaming at you in pitch black is a form of 'extreme' without touching on the McKamey Manor-feel of things. I liked it waaaay more when the group joined up at the end and the joint interaction!

I've done BTS for the last 2 years and they tell you when you can take pictures and stuff but not too sure what they said about videos so just ask when you get there

I think the stable-ness of TBT is really going to help it. The exterior last year was great with the stands and the outdoor bit but it lacked that stability inside. Hoping to do a backstage tour of TBT and platform 15 this year to see how much has changed since last year. Dunno if it'll be new new scenes or just new scenes meaning they moved an old one around a bit...
