The Thorpe chavs tend to just use the exit bridge as an area to change, however I don’t think there are allocated changing rooms unless you use the toilets. Don’t quote me on it though as I’m not 100% sure!

I live 5-10 minutes from tulleys so took a little drive down there yesterday, I spoke to some of the management team and they said all will be revealed on the 31st August! Getting in there 2 days before the expected Thorpe announcement, great move. Also I don’t think the scare factor really means anything unless you’re the GP, the colony is an 8 and that is by far the biggest best and scariest maze at tulleys in my opinion! As for the name changes on the cellar and the colony; I don’t think too much will be changed, maybe a new finale for each maze but there isn’t a lot of space to alter too much in the cellar so we’ll have to just wait and see...!

The idiocy and ignorance of some of the comments on this thread is unbearable???♂️

I’m assuming the new maze will be where zombie hunt is now as I can’t think of anywhere else with enough space (apart from the beach which won’t be used due to problems in previous years), this also leads me to think that it is highly likely that the third maze will also be walking dead themed as Thorpe won’t put in the effort to completely change what is currently there. If this is true it’ll be a real shame
-
If the new maze is a third walking dead maze, I’m actually not going to fright nights this year
-
Vortex was testing after park hours today, hopefully it’ll be back soon

No actor yesterday, is definitely better with actors
-
How often are there actually actors in the exit corridor?
-
I'm assuming the actors are still allowed to touch you...?

Anyone gonna be reviewing extreme living nightmare tomorrow night?
-
Pretty sure this will annoy a lot of TPW fans: detonator is a lot better than apocalypse(sit down). And here's a couple more: - loggers was the UKs best water ride before it shut - vampire is a terrible ride, I enjoy nothing about it apart from it's soundtrack - rattlesnake is the best ride at chessington - studio 13 is the best scare maze Thorpe have done (even though 2017 big top was amazing) - I'm a celebrity is actually good And I'm almost certain my top European top 5 will cause some controversy: 1. Stealth 2. Nemesis inferno 3. Silver star 3. Furious baco 5. Wickerman

Why is vortex down as well?
-
Looks to me as if you enter through the old slammer entrance instead of the Colossus fast track queue, which actually makes sense when you think about it.
-
As with the extreme living nightmare, do you think it will be an upcharge attraction? Or will it be open to everyone and sit on a 180 minute queue the whole week?
-
If the saw alive rumor is true I don't think it will return for fright nights, I recon the six weeks of summer will be its final goodbye.
-
Wrong thread! Should be in new for 2018 sorry guys?
-
it has a lot of potential, especially if the entire indoor queue section is used as a pre-show sort of thing, but I just don't think Thorpe will pull it off.
-
Ah thanks

Link to review?

Living nightmare is possibly the slowest moving queue I have ever been in, however I must admit that it is worth it as your experience is very much just your group. Thorpe have also done a really good job of splitting up groups in maze this year: in big top you can be split up in the strobes, by the mirrors section, and the amount I was split up from my group in the final parts with the three doors was unreal.

Brief review of last night: platform 7/10 - it was great, but like last year there wasn't enough actors in the tunnel and the finale has got even worse, other than That I loved the village and just overall theme of platform. sanctum 6/10 - was a nice little maze, actors in the first part were awesome and very interactive, but it is way too short and has no finale. big top 10/10 - even better than last year, love the new pre-show with the hilarious clown, literally have to feel your way through the strobe maze, love the multiple choice finale (door 2 is better than Door 1, but I didn't do 3 so I would like to know what that one is like) saw 7/10 - it wasn't bad but there was way less actors than the previous two years, only one pig man out of 2 run throughs but it is still decent. Nothing on 2016 cast though. living nightmare 8/10 - first run was so short and only got a few jumps with no finale. Second run was crazy and I was by myself the entire time, amazing pre show and so many jump scares, finale is also good if you are at the very back of the group (I left running from 6 actors on the last run of the night) best year of fright nights to date in my opinion, no maze is 'bad' as such, some are just quite short and lack endings, roamers were great this year too! Hopefully will get to go back next weekend!
-
They both look decent, but living nightmare didn't look like multiple choice if you ask me...
-
It's not a record attempt this year, just a dress up
-
Put in all the spoilers, it's only ever me and you consistantly in this thread so not too many others should see it anyway!

What's everyone's most anticipated maze for this year? absolutely nobody will approve of this but mine is platform! I cannot wait to see what the improvements are for this year. In terms of the 2 TWD mazes I'm probably in the lesser group again with sanctum being the one I'm looking forwards to more. Only 3 days to go now...
