Hey guys, we thought Saw would be open all day today.. look how that turned out...

It's not a case of that. Rides can run fine all closed season but as soon as you add people it becomes a whole different kettle of fish.

Not possible. When Saw opened the queue was from the entrance to the dome. We were on the Colossus bridge in the queue and we only just got into the ride building.

Did you buy ultimate fastrack because otherwise there is no way you got on it twice.

Basically guys today was an absolute shambles and if you have pre-booked then I really do feel for you because it won't be much better for a long time.At one point not only were Slammer, Stealth, Rumba and Loggers closed (as they were not due to open all day) but also Samurai, Saw, Colossus, Banana Ride, Carousel and the Bear Hunt were also down. 11 rides down out of 23 is absolutely pathetic.

I was very impressed with the ride actually. Obviously there a few flaws meaning it's far from perfect but for a ride like this it is easily Thorpe's best rollercoaster.Just a few pros and cons because I'm tired and lazy.+ Very intense ride, particularly the first indoor drop and the final section. Very intense.+ Building theming is great and looks like the concept art.+ Back row is AMAZING. Whilst the front has the views, the back with no view means things come as more of a surprise to you. + Very jolty. Normally this is a negative however Saw doesn't give you a smooth and easy ride.+ Love Jigsaw, he's so cute!- So intense that it does give a headache after too many rides. But that is not really Saw's fault as it's not supposed to be a ride you go on over and over again.- The outside queue-line and Saw plaza is really lacking. There just isn't enough to really sell this as Europe's most scariest rollercoaster- If you are on the front car in the station you miss out on a pre-show and just zoom straight through into the ride. Again not really Saw's fault as that is what it was designed to do.I'd give it a 9/10 really. It's not as good as Nemesis but far better then a lot of UK rides.

The shop wasn't open no. We were allowed onto the island and next to Saw's first drop. Another thing to note is that Samurai has had more queueline added. It's just more cattle-penning and doubles the length of the existing queueline. That is gonna be hell come summer!

Just a point to be made. if Chantelle Houghton was scared of the G-Force affecting her boobs then why did she accept an invite to a theme park to ride a new rollercoaster.Onto Saw, well yeah it was a bit disappointing not being able to ride it especially as some had come an incredibly long way to be there. They did open up Colossus and Rush (on 2 swings ) to ease the blow. One thing I will say though is that the area outside Saw is a bit.. empty. I hope to god that inside queue-line is fan-bloody-fastic because the outside is somewhat lacking. The shop does look like it was just dropped out of the heavens on the area. Nonetheless the ride looks good and here is hoping for tomorrow.

But the people going tomorrow aren't even the first anyway. Does it REALLY matter. I was about the 100,000 to ride Nemesis Inferno, did that take anything away from my first ride?No.

Again, it never was a ride it first competition. None of the competition details says YOU WILL BE THE FIRST.

The old system was open to abuse. This system is only on eight of the rides anyway, and if the park wasn't busy you would have had, what a 5 minute wait for the next ride anyway. So by the time you had got off Vampire your time would have expired anyway. Just because a person may be disabled does not that mean they automatically get to go on more rides then people without disabilities. If some groups had not abused the older system then this one would have not have been bought into place.

I must be the only one that thinks that Thorpe's lakeside location is beautiful and shouldn't be so easily disregarded.

I think those pictures on the Thorpe Park site are staff.

Basically because of the flying position and the way the body is restrained, doing an inversion such as a dive-loop or a Vertical loop would probably kill all its riders. I've never done a pretzel loop but I have heard from a lot of people that they are very forceful elements.. and actually quite painful to go through.

This is in relation to no ones ideas but it makes me so glad enthusiasts aren't in charge of Thorpe. Some of the ideas are just way to out there. But I like the imagination of some peoples thoughts.
