I would rather them use the coming years to spruce up older attractions and maybe install some new family/medium sized rides than install another coaster. We already have five. There is hardly a rush for a new one.

If anything this delay means they have more time to plan the coaster and permanent hotel so I theory it should be even better than original plans so they should have even more time to plan for that woodie we all desperately want but probably wont ever get

Even more crash pads required shows that not only are they in popular demand it making a heavy profit! With many events such as Fright nights and ministry of sound, you can see that the crash pads are mainly being used for a older audience! Most of which will not actually use the room until late and that would only be to sleep! Soo whats the point of having a expensive hotel?

On the contrast though... 2016 rollercoaster... Meh :/

184 bedrooms? That's a lot of shipping containers, anyone have any idea how many rooms there currently is?

I think it's in the region of 50-60. The current one could have up to 112 rooms I think, but only one row is up, instead of two.

All the current crash pad rooms are pretty much identical, all sleeping up to 4 if I'm correct? Thorpe wanted to add their own to be able to mix and match with different sized rooms, mainly just for 2 based on feedback, so obviously more double rooms will take up less space
