Also, why are you acting like Coaster Studios is new to the scene. He's been producing videos for a decade. DG95 seems more more interested in pushing Prime drinks at me frankly..2 points

Inferno is back up and running today according to the app. Seems like a snapped lift cable was most likely the issue with the ride.1 point

Honestly it sounds something more like the chain lift snapped or something. Probably not that, but something critical and consumable would of failed inspection and needed a order from B&M which probably wasn't on the shelf. Thus a lead time to make, ship from Switzerland, install, test and inspect. Still if the ride is cycling then fingers crossed they have sorted it1 point
