How are the PS3 graphics? Haven't encountered many bugs on the 360 so far, and even if I do they don't take much away from the experience. All I've seen so far is the trademark teleporting mammoth and my face disappearing during a couple of conversations Nothing major though, if anything they just make it more amusing. Insane game though, and really not what I needed during a busy A Level period.
  3. It wasn't open all day. Read before you post... It was closed until around 5:30/6pm, but was relentlessly worked on, tested, and finally opened. The point is, many parks would have just not bothered considering it would only be open for a couple of hours, it's the last day of the season, and it's not really that busy anyway. Even if they decided to keep it closed for those last few hours, most people would have understood considering the circumstances. But they didn't, they actually put the effort it...
  4. I must say the effort they took to open Stealth just for a few hours was great to see, very impressed with that.
  5. Erm, there's a big difference between favouritism and actually enjoying the ride... people don't just praise it for the sake of praise.
  6. Inferno was my first ever rollercoaster, so despite not being my favourite ride ever, to me it's still special in feeling like my 'home' ride in a sense - I grew up with it. Oh and re-riding it over and over again on Sunday at night with the fireworks and music in the background was probably one of my favourite theme park experiences ever.
  7. Tidal Wave's theming > Saw's themingIf we're classing it on theming alone.
  8. Last ride ever, aw <3

I love how I disagree with pretty much every single thing you say...
  10. Leading all three polls

It definitely is*. Inferno had a tough first few years but since I've been visiting Thorpe it's improved every single year. It's the only ride in the whole park which continues to make my eyes water after every ride, and as Benin said, it's the only ride I've been on in the world to have ever made me blackout. There's barely any breathing space...In my opinion.*bar maybe Detonator, but I presume we're only talking coasters. I'm all for differing opinions and everything, but this one really does make me scratch my head.

    I prefer Tomathy.

  14. The point is, you've given a very Merlin-esque auto-response saying he should read more carefully, in response to a post stating an opinion...
  15. I love irony.

  17. (+ Considering I've been gone a while) I think members would feel a bit more welcome if they were told by PM about small rule changes rather than just effectively told their already a third of the way to being permanantly banned. For posting a gif. Really? Which wasn't even removed after? It's not in the T&C's. I can't see an announcement about it. I've got no issue with the rule at all, but the communication is still a bit sour...
  18. Out of interest did you actually read my post at all?
  19. It's heading that kind of way tbh. There is a domino effect from this. The more family rides are taking way, the more families realise younger children aren't welcome anymore. The less younger children go, the less small rides like this will be ridden and Thorpe will start to lose money on operational costs like they have here. Then inevitably, more rides will be closed. Give it 10 years, it literally will only be thrills, thrills and thrills.
  20. Such a bad decision. There's no other way in the park of being able to just sit down and relax for at least 5 minutes, without rides and chart music in your face. Majorly gutted.
  21. Once again, The Curse had a lot of potential to be great yesterday. Would have by far been the best of the three goes I've had on it, had it not been for the fact that you can quite clearly see daylight throughout multiple points of the maze as the evacuation doors don't seem to fill up the space cut out in the wall. Such an atmosphere killer... Oh, and that for the third time running, we caught up with the next group about a third of the way through. They could at least do what Hellgate used to, where if you were going too quickly an actor would try and hold your group up for a bit.
