I've found out why I can't change some song info. It's because some songs are protected and therefore, you can't change their ID3 Tags. As for purchasing songs off iTunes, I had to change the permissions on the folder, where purchased music gets sent to.Thanks Mikey <3

Not really...Rihanna's LOUD, Katy Perry's Teenage Dream and Britney's Femme Fatale were all leaked onto the internet and have done amazing. Rihanna's got like 3 number 1's from LOUD and Katy's got 4 number 1's from this album. Britney's album has done bad because it was leaked like 3 weeks before released and the album isn't that good. The album is being streamed online by the Metro UK and songs will be availiable to stream via Farmville (which has 50 million players daily). Leaks do hurt album sales but it has far better positive effects. It creates exposure and reviews generated via word of mouth and everybody gets excited.Gaga is so ready for this album to be released that she has been taking every opportunity to play new songs via Gagavision (Webisode series), her live shows, France Listening parties and online media sources. She knows her album will leak before Monday 16th May and she's made plans to minimalise the damage.BTW (song) has done amazing and Judas was deemed offensive, when it was just a metaphor about falling in love with the wrong guy (most used meaning in Pop/R&B songs) and her promo single has been so well recieved, that Edge of Glory is set to hit number 1 on iTunes and UK charts and is her third single.

This post wasn't just aimed at you but others mainly. There are times when other members make replies that don't make the situation better but worse. And there are times when members post animated gifs, which can be pointless and uninspired.I will PM you now Benin

Sheepie is right, it is a popularity contest because my posts are "so-amazing", that I only have 30 rep There are popular members, who have got huge amounts of rep but all they post is crap and post stupid, meaningless gifs and put out stupid, meaningless sarcasm, which don't help situations, but make them worse.

It's not actually heartbreaking for her, when songs leak.Lady Gaga leaked the song Judas and she has been posting snippets of her songs during Gagavision 41-45 because she desperately wants her fans to hear it. Also many record labels leak albums. Leaking albums don't actually hurt album sales much but actually benefit it because it creates hype and word-of-mouth and it makes people go crazy. The BTW song was supposed to come out in Nov/Dec 2010 and the album was supposed to come out in February but was delayed to May. So she's been waiting a long time for her fans to hear her music. Also on FUSEtv, from the 17th May-22nd May, everyday a new song will premiere on their channel. She has 17 songs and 6-8 are said to becoming singles.

Ellie is right, you should do things because you want to do a good deed or because you generally what to make things better in and around the forums. I see the Lady Gaga topic as a form of segregation but at the same time, it's probably a good thing. Gaga is very popular and she's not going to disappear overnight and discussion, is only going to increase. The music topic should be for current and new and up-coming artists and other aspects associated to music. What I resent, is when people act like we have done anything wrong, because we honestly haven't. All we have done is talk about an artist and have annoyed a few people a bit. An argument was caused and it was dealt with and is over. As a matter of a fact, the Gaga topic is an act of COMPROMISE and consideration.Give & TakeMoving on>>>

The version of Government Hooker will be the version we have heard. One of the producers said that the Mugler version was a chopped-up preview of the actual song. But in the preview, the lyrics from the verse was missing and they showed a section of the chorus too."I'm gonna drink my tears tonight"....The lyrics are said to be dirty and controversial

Americano Acoustic Performance: (Vogue Magazine March 2011)"Another song, Americano, which she describes as like a big mariachi techno-house record, where I am singing about immigration law and gay marriage and all sorts of things that have to do with disenfranchised communities in America, has a resounding Piafesque chorus."Edge of Glory: (RollingStones Magazine)"This one sounds crazy in print -- it's a massive power ballad with heavy club beats that features Clarence Clemons of the E Street Band wailing on his saxophone -- but somehow it all seems totally natural when you actually hear it. There's an element of cheesiness to it, but it's totally captivating and incredibly catchy. If any of these new Gaga tunes demands to be a big fat hit, this is it. The inclusion of Clemons is an inspired touch that amplifies the song's Eighties stadium rock vibe, but his actual performance is amazing and ranks among the best of his career."Hair"...Another inspirational song in the mold of "Born This Way," but it's a bit weirder, mixing the yearning romantic melodrama of Pat Benetar's "We Belong" with the hard industrial metal edge of Broken-era Nine Inch Nails. The lyrics are essentially about embracing one's hairstyle as the ultimate expression of their identity, climaxing with Gaga triumphantly declaring "I am my hair!" in its huge sing along chorus. An anthem for hair salons everywhere."Scheibe"A remixed version of this number was used in a recent runway show by fashion designer Thierry Mugler. The album version doesn't have the same hardcore European house flavor, but it's definitely the tune most likely to bring back memories of early-Nineties dance crossover hits by C&C Music Factory, Snap and RuPaul. The opening of the song -- in which she flatly intones "I don't speak German, but I can if you like" -- is fierce, but the song is saved from being a slight novelty by a soaring chorus that vaguely recalls Survivor's "Eye of the Tiger." The Catholic League has said that they do not find the JUDAS video to be offensive or crossing the line. They said they actually quite liked the video. I like how the video pays tribute to her boyfriend and the bar they are in, is called the Electric Chapel (another of her BTW songs). I do agree that the video towards the second half, looks a bit chopped up, especially when she has a wave of water cleansing her and she is stoned at the end. I thought that could be expanded a bit.

Well Holly, you're 100% wrong, you couldn't be more wrong about the advocating. She HAS attended equality riots, she has attended protests and she has tried to repeal Don't Ask, Don't Tell which is about the law forbidding the army to be upfront on the sexuality and she's even phoned up politicians. Just because you don't know or hear about it, it doesn't mean, it's not true or hasn't happened.Secondly Jord, I don't talk about her 24/7, I just don't like it when people give her so much crap and I don't constantly barrage any of you with talk about Gaga, I have barely mentioned her. Rave started slating her off and I didn't like what he said, so I said something. And there's nothing wrong with having a picture of Gaga an an avatar, I've had that avatar since last year. I actually tried to change it recently. I don't think of her as a god, I just think she is awsome.Get your facts straight.

Well first of all, my life is not centered around her and you don't have to be so bloody rude. With the crap you spew, it's no wonder why people are horrible to you. Music however is something that I care about a lot and it makes me happy. Life is crap and we all have things we believe in or take pleasure in doing and that can help to make life enjoyable. Seriously Seb, sometimes you need to realise when to shut up, say nothing and keep out. Did you really need to come out with crap and make pointless jabs and digs at me. You didn't need to say anything in fact. The answer is no you didn't.

I'll tell you what the fuss is about:Lady Gaga is an artist, she is not a created artist, as in a popstar that is told what to do say, or think. She is not a popstar that needs songwriters to write and produce her songs. She writes her own songs and composes the notes themself. She knows how she wants her songs to sound like and co-produces them and comes up with a lot of her own ideas. She is a creative artist not CREATED artist and she has her own webisode series which she scripts, as well as directs and co-directs her music videos. She even directed her latest music video JUDAS.Dan9 was right!!Artists should be doing this anyway but they dont. She has worked hard to get where she is today. She is an inspiration to those who have been bullied, like many people on this forum including myself and she has gotten over her problems and persevered to get where she is today. She is bisexual, she's not that good looking and she is slated by people but she gets up every night and puts on an amazing show. Everyone says nothing but good things about her. Everyone from celebrities, her fans, her colleagues to politicans, the President himself and the the royal family have applauded her and show respect for the artist she is and the person she is. She generally does care about her fans because she knows how it felt to be an outcast and she wants people to achieve the full potential and to not worry about all the insecurities and imperfections they harbour. She makes brilliant music and her videos have hidden symbolism, as well as flawlessly combines impressive visuals with fashion with empowering and true messages about celebrity culture, society, commercialism, equality, empowerment and the constant advocating of the LGBT community.
