The only things I enjoyed about this ride was when it used to spin a fair bit (it now doesn't) and the foot massage going up the hill (but not possible now due to boats being filled with water.

Only thing with using Wikipedia as a source is that I could edit the page to say it'll be running sidewards and upside down, then we'd be talking about that.

Brentford's got a great ground, remember going there for an FA Cup game before (my mates a Brentford fan), should be a good game.

Different budgets for different aspects of the park. I imagine there's a new developments budget, maintenance, etc etc. So this money spent on Swarm would not affect any potential maintenance/cleaning stuff. Someone will probably correct me as that was just a guess though.

Thorpe often have a bolt on attraction/update for their new coasters to keep the GP interested. Stealth got the 'version 1.1 update now faster etc' update, Saw got the maze and Swarm has got this backwards rows and extra theming. I'd much rather this than the rumored Vengeance ride as a bolt on Swarm attraction. They have also hinted at more to be announced for the park, now this could be quite literally anything but there is a strong rumour of the No Way Out refurb which I strongly believe will happen. If they keep this up and update rides/areas each year (which I believe they could do as there aren't many flat rides/bolt on attractions that could be introduced now) then the park will start to look very very good.

I believe it's been 1.4m for as long as I can remember.

I expect there will be batchers to ensure people who queued for backwards rows get the backwards rows, that's just my guess though.

I suppose you could walk to the front row, like any other row...

I LOVE the name, it's creepy and mysterious which fits the ride perfectly. This whole project is looking exceptional.

Replacing the 'front row queue' with a back row one would work nicely and they'd be able to manage it better as the member of staff would be at the bottom of the steps at the back of the train. Who knows what they'll do with it though, or even if it is going backwards.
