Quickest route is to come out of the dome and head towards X, then take a left as if you were going toward Colossus, then go up to Samurai and then take a left, then the entrance is on the far left end of the island, there is a sign that sign that says main entrance and a sign that says fastrack entrance, I think you can take it from there.

Next to the AP enterance to the park there is an orange kiosk that has Tickets and Information on it (I think) you take your reference number + card you used to buy it etc. to there and you give it to the person behind the counter and they will give you your tickets, it used to be the AP hut but now thats just AP, hope that helps
