  1. This just gives more encouragement to go to X Sector along with everyone else at opening which is a bit counter intuitive. Forbidden Valley got wrecked.
  2. Most Disney stuff but California's Pirates bayou and cavern scenes and Space Mountain's station and onboard audio stand out. The last one mainly for how loudly its played. Splash Mountain's is good but its origins are a tad tarred.
  3. I get what they are trying to do but the coasters that take up half the page have had all personality stripped from them and look exactly the same. At least the old map had a huge erupting volcano saying "THIS IS NEMESIS INFERNO".
  4. There had better be some Tomb Raider references.
  5. It's very weird. Continuous improvement and investment intends to stops things like this occurring and often costs less in the long run. Reactionary is way more risky due to forcing quicker decision making processes.
  6. It's really shortsighted. Parks are realising that more than ever, people will spend more if they are in a nice setting and believe to buying high quality products. Carsland, New Fantasyland and Potter all show this. High costs sure but higher return. Shocker.
  7. I think it looks fun. Anyone actually been on one of these new RMCs?
  8. A lot of the people who complained last year still visited. I'm interested to see if that happens again.
  9. Well I think Benin wins simply for the fact he generated a page of discussion on this topic by himself.
  10. It's a good idea and natural progression as people start to visit more parks but I'm not sure how impartial certain article topics could be while keeping the Official Fansite tag.
  11. PUSH has been kicked out of Magic Kingdom.
  12. The name was announced last month. I'm betting on dropping through the mouth of a dragon.
  13. So for people planning Liseberg trips this season, what else are you planning on doing? Grona Lund doesn't really appeal when one of its biggest coasters is a ZacSpin and I can't really find anything amazing to do in Gothenburg.
  14. While Indiana Jones is a great dark ride, it's nearly 19 years old. I'd really hope that if it does appear, it has some serious updates similar to the projection mapping update in August.

  16. So in the same direction? I think there is a difference between dead and iconic. King Kong was brought back to LA (and there are Orlando rumours floating around) simply because it's such a strong brand.
  17. State taxes are a reason for this. Magic Mountain site says $20. Pretty sure some other parks in the chain opt for higher prices.
  18. Adding Angry Birds to a high intensity, low throughput ride with a 1.3m restriction. I don't get it.
  19. It probably helps that you went it for the first time just after a refurb and you find nothing rough
  20. Not surprised about Space Mountain. The build up of intensity is pretty surprising and yeah indoor coaster. lol Ghostrider.
  21. Colossus (5) Detonator (5) Logger's Leap (5) Nemesis Inferno (6) Quantum (4) Rush (5) SAW: The Ride (4) Slammer (7) Stealth (5) Sunken Gardens (5) Swarm (3) Tidal Wave (5) X (6) Swarm - Loggers +
  22. Well gosh darn, now we need an award for most jealous member.
  23. Gladiator seemed worse than Turbine or whatever these crazy names are.
