The company needs another park with a broken reputation like a hole in Nick Varney's head... Not the best idea they've had, though I'm sure Sea World would be a decent money maker if you managed to get the public back onside...

Not got the Canvey Island one actually (it's certainly now an arse to get to from the wilds of the North, though recently checked and was told it had closed, strange)... I adore the Mine Train story, so amazing <3 Wouldn't count though cos you need to complete a full circuit to get the credddd... Really need to get back on the run, I've been falling short last two years...

I did think it opening next year was optimistic, even for Phantasialand...

Annual bump, seems like there's rumours abound that not only will Olympia Looping return (I guess they received ALL THE MONEY from UK enthusiasts) but it will be joined by another......

It'll be even better once people start realising that stats aren't the be all or end all... Rides focusing on speed are all one trick ponies that don't really do anything beyond that initial rush, even Dragster is guilty of that issue (when it's not trying to destroy itself)... Though it did surprise me that Taron apparently hits 72mph, it doesn't really feel like that at all...

Who'd have thought a few years ago that those would be the options and that Intamin would be the worst choice?

I was intrigued about the dark ride until I saw the theme of it, so at odds with the whole themed areas concept they're pushing forwards... Hope it doesn't spell the end of Tut because it is one of the best examples of an interactive dark ride in the world... Mega Coaster layout looks good, did they confirm it as a Mack?

Drachen Fire did the mid drop inversion thing, doubt it's coincidental that it's scrap nowadays...

A Wing-Rider with an atmospheric looking station? That's a novelty I really don't like the way the first drop looks in the concept art, hopefully it looks better in real life.... But I'm not hopeful...

I can forsee issues of people being stuck in the middle of the Fairytale Forest of Forever and suddenly realising they need to go on Python, but that's not exactly the park's fault...

Maybe it'll be the "first park to adequately introduce such a system"? Guess since most British parks don't really have much focus on other aspects (bar Chessie with the zoo) then it's logical to go on about the rides for a fluff piece...

I'm interested to see how Khan runs again, since last time it was absolutely fantastic, yet people who have visited since have been rather negative over it... Be a downright shame if age has caught up to it...

Waterpark name announcement: There's some more concept art and a pic of the sample hotel room (but I can't get to Twitter at work) milling around, it looks to the quality of Bell Rock though, and will also be a 4 Star Superior hotel...

Pettitts I think are quite used to stray goons rocking up to their place, when I went with a group the lady at the desk let us in for free to get the cred (we purchased some assorted tat and some biscuits for her in the shop)... I'd had the misfortune of having to visit Clacton twice as well, it's not a positive thing at all...

If I recall that cred can be utterly spiteful as they tend to close it at 5pm regardless (it spited me when I first visited that area of the world, which involved waiting out a 2.5 hour thunderstorm to ride Odyssey and a desperate attempt to get into Pleasure Island at 4:30). My last jaunt to get it confirmed my suspicions about it doing such a thing. It's kinda daft really. The lack of Miner Mike disappoints me. Bottons is an utter dump (as is Skeggie itself to be fair)...
