Just looking over Rita's construction and they seemed to be no problem with that opening late, and I believe X-Sector will be open come the new season as they won't need re-pave the whole land unlike UG Land! They can easily divert guest into X-Sector without touching SW7, they was giving out "previews" of the ride to annual pass holders or people who book tickets with Rita, wouldn't this be much better? It give Alton & the public an idea of the ride so they can change things and iron out problems before the main opening. It happens all the time in the American parks, why do the UK parks have to be different? Yes its annoying because March is when everything normally opens but Merlin try and do big things in a small space of time, they're/was planning to build the 3rd longest rollercoaster in 2 months and a bit with huge theming and effects? Madness! I do think the planning was poor & they didn't really think about how much work was be needed, as I believe this was quickly drawn up (Correct me if I'm wrong) and put in because the original SW7 wasn't ready. Alton cannot afford to make a Sub-Terra mistake again, I just wish they did this for Sub-Terra, would of saved them alot of embarrassment. I'd rather have a fully working rollercoaster in the later half of the season than a half shoddy job at the start.

I've been pretty hush on the progress of the project so far, I do believe this will be finished on time, but the whole experience, will not. People are worrying it will be a repeat of Sub-Terra, an unfinished ride, but thankfully, SW7 has a solid ride as its main focus point, anything extra is a bonus. So if the whole experience isn't finished by 16th March 2013, They're won't be a string of Facebook comments saying "No effects working, no lights and not scary at all" More like "That was the most thrilling and scary experience of my life, never been chucked upside so many times" Also quit your moaning about the long queues, I'm bringing a picnic & board games as I prepare for the 2 hours + queues with breakdowns (Thats if its open, if not I'll be playing snake and ladders outside Thirteen's shop)

Mer you look lovely & very festive! Merry Christmas TPM! Without setting the festive mood off too much, this year hasn't been a very exciting Christmas for me! and this morning was really a "urgh do I need to get out of bed" rather than a sprint to my presents. A shame really but it gives me determination to make 2013 Christmas alot better! Tomorrow we celebrate my grandfathers birthday & the annual family get-together so that should put the Christmas sprirt into me! But apart from the presents/seeing grandparents & dinner, today has been rather bland. But finishing this post on a higher note, I hope everyone enjoyed today, saw The Queen in 3D! And had a very Merry Christmas!

LETS GO 1) I hate blood! Whenever I see it, either in person or on movies I start heaving and violently fist pumping. 2) I once tried on heals in school (as part of Drama) and ran too fast in them, they broke and I fell down face first infront of a class full of year 10's. 3) I'm really shy in person and normally just don't say anything.

I hope they are the trains! They look amazing! I can see why people would think they won't be SW7 trains with the amount of inversions or/and the tightness of them but they look very much like Intamin trains, like Maverick and Maverick has some very tight inversions so who knows!

I think possibly Disney always wanted that style of ride but without the tag of "Tron" onto it as it shortens down the audience, with this new revamp, it still get's a wider audience just with Tron like features in it. Loving the lights and computer screens though.
