It will look even more impressive if they manage to sync the trains coming off the lifthills, it will look so hectic if two trains are dueling!

Those metal fins do look like ones that launch Maverick up it's lifthill so is definitely a possibility. However this could make it difficult to sync the two trains leaving the lifthills (assuming this is the idea)

Who cares when you get you get free fastrack for them both next time and your ticket being made re-usable for another day! (yesterday) Stealth opened at 12 btw

An extra 2 swings is so insignificant compared to loading and launching time though!

Well vampire is designed to be dueling and The Smiler clearly is with similar elements after both lifthills. I don't believe this has been done elsewhere. I would be happy if this was the secret element tbh, I can't see what else they could do tbh!

I'm starting to think the world's first element will simply be - It's a dueling coaster in one track - hopefully they'll synchronise the trains as they leave the chain lifts
