  1. Went to Pleasurewood Hills with a few TPMers a few weeks and ago and it''s quite a nice small park really, Hobs Pit & Marble Madness were my favourites and hyper Drive was alright. Created another vlog of the day too. P.S Enigma is (still) on one train I'm afraid.
  2. I reckon the shape of the tunnel will be for a London Underground like setting. Hope it isn't an IP in all honesty as the last two park additions have been plus I'd rather have a new unique immersive soundtrack by the IMA score crew than the recurring TV/movie theme in all honesty (especially since two of their best dorks for UK parks will now be redundant for the future).
  3. This park is for coasters, which is where I see the point Layout looks exciting enough though, logos decent too. Safe to say dive coasters are getting back in to fashion again really.
  4. That theming looks Phantabulous, this will be one hell of a coaster when it's finished.
  5. I've heard some very good things about this woodie (maybe only second to Wodan in terms of the European ones). Apparently there adding 4/5 more rides next year (which if true will be very exciting). Tayto is a small park growing in to greatness from what I've seen and heard.
  6. So WC16's going up, Samurai's going down, what an interesting time we live in

  7. Samurai is now almost completely dismantled. The end of the end, or extensive repairs? Samurai seems to be even worse than Slammer for reliability nowadays
  8. 8/10 it reminds me of me getting the first train of the ride this year
  9. Somehow 3 (shocking considering Thorpe is the main park on this forum)
  10. The building doesn't seem as tall as I was expecting, plus those arches concern me a wee bit. If this new ride turns out to be like Vengeance or that thing at Shrek, I'll be very disappointed.
  11. He passed out in the Dungeons, someone Ban him!
  12. 3/ is the correct answer, Chessington Sam wins Not just have I not been to all burger kitchens, but I haven't been to any of them (though I got an ice cream once and a couple capsule refills (does that even count)) 2/ I have walked through Inferno's cave, it was during my first (and only) ride ERT I've done which I did with TPM in 2013 (that was great fun) 1/ No joke, my grandparents are pass holders (however unfortunately their passes will expire September and be renewed as they've generally stopped visiting now)
  13. Wow, those kids :< Anyways here we go, 1/ My grandparents are legoland pass holders 2/ I have walked through Inferno's cave 3/ I've eaten at every burger kitchen in UK merlin parks
  14. Well, that definitely shed some light
  15. So Dollywood announced today they will be opening another major coaster which will open in 2016. Titled Lightning Rod, this will be the first & fastest launched Wooden coaster in the world and will be built by RMC. Dollywood is slowly becoming the park I most want to visit in the U.S outside of Florida & Cali (probably joint third with Kings Island after Cedar Point & BG Williamsburg (though my time in the states likely won't occur for a while)).
  16. Well, this building has taught me one thing. I don't think it'll be a coaster
  17. 84%! That's a horrific loss. If Mako isn't successful next year, I dread to think the outcome of Sea World's forseable future. That was all started by blackfish.

    Efteling+Bob

So Bob was a bit of Bob I guess? Efteling though looks eftcellent, how was the pancake place btw (I hear it's fab)? Did you check out the fairytale forest? What did you think of the park's dark rides Droomvlucht, Fate Morgana and Villa Volta (does it beat Hex?) I'm excited when I get out here in November (hopefully the start of my creaking in to Europe more). What tips would you give when visiting? I think I'm a but more excited for the pancake shop over Baron, just a little bit.
  19. Unsure what's happening so far in October as its gonna be a busy time and am yet to receive my work schedule however should hopefully be able to do the 3rd, 18th, and 24th. Will likely be working on at least one of the Sunday's however as long as it's just morning I'll hopefully still make it. Saturday the 17th got plans but again as long as they don't surpass the morning. I've voted for both as I enjoy Fright Nights but have have always wanted to go to Tulleys (maybe someone would want to do an unofficial trip to the losing one the day before/after the official meet maybe. Please note I'll likely need a lift to Tulleys and if it falls on a work day or the 17th, it is unlikely I'll be able to make it
  20. I think Toadie's location is probably one the reasons why it receives high queues (much like Spinball, a Truckers & Storm Surge) not also helped by the fact park just can't cope with guests numbers its receiving its current state seeing the park's attendance surge in the last 5/10 years despite few major additions which will likely reach or exceed 2m by the end of the decade. Toadie's site could be home to a great medium sized family coaster along the lines of Juvelin or fire chaser express which would add a worth while addition, not to mention improve throughputs a little (heck remove peeking and the site then is even bigger).
