Just come back from attending the Legoland Christmas event, despite the only 13/14 attractions being open and the. User able weather (to begin with), had a really good day out and probably my favourite visit this year by far. Very quiet there and there were no queues in any shape or form as I managed to get on everything pretty much after I entered the queue and had a much more relaxed and laid back compared to the usual rush around the park on a normal day. Park at night was absolutely fantastic and aside from some good night rides, there was loads of beutiful park lighting added, especially around the castle which looked really good. Will do a full trip report on this shortly.

Good to see the park steadily improving and expanding their hours (in reverse to those cuts we saw in 2012). I'm satisfied they've reverted to 7pm summer closings as hearing previous year reports it did need it plus the continuing of howl o ween 8pm closures and a slightly earlier start to the season too. Maybe one day hopefully we will see 2 week durations for Howl'o ween and 6pm closings for every weekend (or more). Also the last day of the season so far (by the looks) will be Monday the 2nd which will also be another Howl'oween day with an 8pm close which is good to see.

TBH I really don't know but the moment we take Casey Junior and arrive in France, I could well be like a genie freed from the lamp.And it will be very exciting once I leave my bell tower after eating five dozen eggs and then heading to Neverland Edit- my reaction when arriving could be a bit like this

Yep, tbh I've known Pizza Hut was on its way out towards the start of the season as one of my friend's dads works in the accounting area and said that the contract was expiring so the park could bring their own inhouse equivalent in.

Colossus is his favourite thrill ride

Looks a decent ride actually. I'm not the biggest flat ride fan, but would like to definitely give this one a go when I visit (as long as it isn't too overpriced).

The best part of Madame Tussaud's is the dark ride by a country mile, reminds me of the good old tussauds/Wardley Magic making days (compared to the modern mediocre cattlemen stuff we get now).

Did Storm surge at night once, it was horrible.

It does look quite mediocre at the. Moment, but will have to see when it's finished. Hopefully they will theme the ride quite well (although Merlin).
