  1. Also, when did the restraints become so violent? I felt like I was gonna end up beheaded...

I noticed that last time I went on it too. a few people started screaming, and one person started talking about final destination, which didn't go down too well with some people.

  2. even the poster gives me the heeby-jeebies.

I'd like to think that Thorpe have enough sense to know that if they want to charge extra, then they'll need to have something really good.

    saying that, it is thorpe...

  3. interesting, so this year the park has a theme? I like that quite a bit.

but this Passing maze sounds a bit much for me. being put in a body bag?? I really could not do that, just the thought scares me. Has anyone heard of anything like this before, because I haven't.

  4. there's a view at Merlin that you need something new for people to come back. It's why for a long while Legoland was retheming lands every year.

one year when alton towers didn't add anything attendance went down (I think) so they're now convinced it makes a difference.

  5. I've been thinking about this, and I wonder if perhaps this is a move towards an actual waterpark. The Florida and Californian water parks have been successful, so perhaps this will be eventually the outdoor section to a mainly indoor water park. Could they shift theroad to the car park over and fit a water park in, kind of the equivalent of splash landings?
