When I went yesterday, Storm Surge was a perfect highlight of the day: It was spinning very well, however the second time I rode it, it didnt spin much, so I think how much you spin depends on the weight, like a Mauher Sonne spinner. Also, with temperatures rising over 30 degrees yesterday, the staff in the station had water blasters to give the riders and queuers a drenching!

You guys know I'm a great ride designer right? One of my best designs ive done is an indoor coaster called SLENDER - The Ride. It's a great way of really bringing the slenderman to life, but to see a Slender themed horror maze at Thorpe, THAT would be AMAZING!

Another fact about forcing guests through the shop: One of these days, they're gonna be taking down the debris (that are used for the walls) and start bringing in staff with whips instead! Think that'll get em through the shop? No. That'll only make SAW unpopular...VERY unpopular!

I think the Rangers need a second chance. I mean, we still have Mr Monkey's Banana Ride and Chief Ranger's Carousel, so why not keep the theme and let the Rangers return just for the families? I'd like to see Fungle Safari also make a return if this happens

Surely pretty much everyone has noticed Storm Surge is NOT SPINNING like it's SUPPOSED to! Have those rubber patches worn off completely or something?

I think that's there because when it was at Cyprus Gardens, there was a gazebo at the top of the lift hill. Dunno why Thorpe hadnt taken it down yet!

They seriously need to restore those station announcements they had back in 2007, as I'm now getting sick of the chart music wrecking the theme! eg. "Alright dudes! Keep those fins inside the fish, and hold on tight! Cos YOU'RE ready...the FISH is ready and HERE...WE...GOOOOOO!"

It's shocking to see that ALL of Chessington's original rides, especially those from the 90's, have been revamped in some way!: 1. Dragon River being renamed to Dragon Falls 2. 5th Dimension, then Terror Tomb, then renamed to Forbidden Tomb, then Tomb Blaster 3. Vampire's new trains 4. Bubbleworks retheme 5. Beanoland to Wild Asia (well, Beanoland did kinda suck balls anyway) 6. ToyTown to Africa/Flying Jumbos replaced with Madagascar LIVE 7. Runaway Train cave/Dragon Falls rock face retheme

They seriously need to add more traps to the actual indoor part of the ride (eg. Perhaps on the brake run there could be a guy on the left wearing the reverse bear trap!)

I highly doubt Spinball would move to Thorpe at all... Anyway...back to the Fish! If it was to be moved to Calypso Quay, it could possibly recieve a slight retheme: a Hornet swarm for instance? Or just a slightly modified version of the Fish to make it blend in with it's jungle surroundings!

Both me and Cornflakes agree with this, but the best themeing on the ride is the STATION. Everywhere else is either pants (like the ride section on the inside with so much wasted space) or just not themed very well. The station has the actual trap blueprints from the films littering the walls, the different traps with manequinn parts in them and various tools on the wall to really give the illusion of you being in Jigsaw's workshop!
