Yep. Apparently one of the days during the summer period had the highest visitor number in the park's history.

I really like it! Finally Rita is actually beginning to fit in! Really do love the idea of it being an abandoned raceway.

Highlights from Portsmouth's 1-3 win over Accrington Stanley on Tuesday night: If Michael Doyle's unbelievable volley isn't goal of the season I will eat my hat!

4/10. Nice reference to Derren Brown's Ghost Train but still a pretty dull graphic.

Let's see...4/10. "UP!!"* 10/10 it is! RIP Frank Kelly * Those who've watched Father Ted will know.

6/10. No explanation. I'm just bringing this back.

Anyone getting the train into Clapham Junction before changing for Chessington South? Would be helpful to meet some people at Clapham.- 76 replies

Hate to say it but I don't think I can make this anymore. Doesn't really feel right to be at the park as a guest on what would be my second shift. See you guys at Chessington I guess.

Saddened to hear of the passing of Frank Kelly...better known for his role as Father Jack from Irish comedy Father Ted. R.I.P

Cianjs if you really feel as if you don't belong here, at least just take a break from here rather than leaving altogether...because believe me once you're over it you'll come back and it all would've blown over. Here me out everyone. I tried migrating to TowersStreet a few months back for a similar reason which I kept to myself...but I came back here VERY quickly because I realised this site is where some of my best friends are. Saying that Cianjs, leaving the site without thinking about this whole situation at least for a while might seem reasonable...but doing so you're making a big mistake. We're all here for the same reason. We're all theme park enthusiasts...and leaving the forum will mean you're also leaving a lot of people who share a similar interest! What I'm saying is, just give it a chance.

They have!

I'm just hoping this could be embedded into the facade rather than displayed on canvas like the old one. It has that capability by the look of it!

I second that on the people who at the moment think this thread is a game. IT DOESN'T MATTER HOW LONG OR SHORT A SIMPLE POST IS! This thread is purely here to get something that's been troubling you out of your system once and for all. Not for stupid childish hollers of "My rant is shorter! I am god!". Either post something relevant here or if you must, create a new thread which I'm sure no one will pay attention to whatsoever. And to prove my point, I'm finished with that rant. Carry on.

"BONNIE OH MY GOD I WILL SLAP YOU!" Best FNaF animation ever!

Many Merlin interviews tend to start with a "group assessment". This consists of an introduction to the company and the attraction, followed by a series of group activities. These in turn give the assessors an idea on how well you work as a team. The main interview follows afterwards. This doesn't just apply for Thorpe. Legoland and other attractions do this too, so as long as you put in some decent preparations beforehand you should be fine.

It was! I may have been 10 back then but this was still a sight to behold!

I just find it amusing that you're complaining about an argument that brought this discussion off topic...which you kind of started yourself. But yeah, cut the crap guys. Let's heave this hype train back on the rails. Seeing everything coming together this year at Universal (as well as previous developments since my last visit in 2008) really does make me excited about returning to the parks this year. Although I'm massively excited about experiencing a newly enhanced Spiderman, things like Wizarding World and King Kong are definitely on my list for this year. Still a little disappointed that the good old days of Duelling Dragons are no more...and that is my only con about Wizarding World.
