  1. Well it might not even be an IP. You never know if Merlin have turned to The Dungeons and devised another Jack the Ripper experience for Thorpe!
  2. Well LC12 obviously stood for Lez Cougan 2012. I just hope Thorpe aren't bringing this sort of marketing stunt back for another project!
  3. Nike. Just that one word is enough. Adidas or Umbro?
  4. Okay I'm saying this now and one time only - can we possibly have the Shoutbox back on the home page, as it DOES seem pretty pointless in its own tab.
  5. Sorry to change the subject. As a LEGOLAND employee, I've only just noticed something soundtrack-wise. I noticed a few rides pretty much use the melody to the old Dragon theme tune for their own. This includes Driving School (also the music for LEGO City) and Vikings River Splash (that being the crying woman stood above the station - I heard her singing the melody after park closing while it was very quiet).
  6. I have three potential rides in my head for one of my parks, Adventure Kingdom. Here's the details so far: 'X-Psych' - Mack Megacoaster: This has been on the cards for a number of months and will be located on the site previously home to my Eurofighter, 'Warehouse 015'. This will be based around a sinister series of experiments on the mind and nervous system. You will be subjected to various "tests" within the queue (eg. disorientation, claustrophobia etc.)...leading to the final and ultimate stage in testing - a high speed coaster experience determined to alter the minds and bodies of riders to add to the project's hopes to "better the human race"... 'Pirates Quest' - Water Coaster: I've always wanted a Pirate Falls sort of experience - a ride that somehow drifts through a slowly unfolding story...to conclude with a splashdown. However, I've in mind a few other surprises, such as an unexpected drop inside a cave (I'll use the Water Coaster concept to my advantage here, as the vehicle will drop down, rise up and splash down). This will be located in my pirate themed land, 'Smuggler's Cove' and will be located on the site currently occupied by my suspended swinger, 'Neptune's Fury', which is directly next door to the area. 'DOOM' - B&M Mine Bender: An indoor coaster experience that I came up with only recently and as I type this, my mind is still buzzing with ideas. This will be located on the site currently occupied by my current Mine Bender coaster, 'SLENDER - The Ride'. 'DOOM' will be themed around a mysterious cult that could possibly be later revealed to be responsible for the events of my TH13TEEN inspired coaster, 'Plague'. During the ride, you'll supposedly be beckoned deeper into the crypt by an unknown force, only to be suddenly thrown into the most unique ride experience I've ever devised, including a backwards section, a launched lifthill and a small number of inversions. I'll also attempt to add in quite a few special effects, such as fire, water and fog, while combining these with the movements of the train (The Mine Bender has the capability to rotate and tilt each individual car per train). I really am looking forward to getting these three built...but 'DOOM' is the most promising one to me.
  7. Because in my opinion, they just seem to let their scenery rot away like no one ever takes notice in it anyway (especially themeing on old rides). For instance, they postpone the Dragon Falls revamp almost immediately after the backdrop for the main drop was demolished and they hardly took any notice in Tomb Blaster last year (hence the targets before the fire pit scene not working, as well as a majority of the guns and effects - also a heads up to the amount of moss building up on a few of the sets). Those were only a few issues, as I'm really trying my best to go easy on Chessie and not go off on one.
  8. ...who actually know how to do quality theming *glares at Chessington*, even though most of it's made out of LEGO bricks!
  9. I remember when I had to do a databases assignment task at college that was taking FOREVER to do, I was listening to Green Day at the time...and when 'Letterbomb' started playing, the pace picked up. Such a motivational tune! (WARNING: Contains strong language)
  10. Jaws. Would've loved to have a job as one of the skippers! SheiKra or Griffon?
  11. That's (Breaking) Bad news bears...
  12. I won't be attending the meet, no...but I'll be working! You guys now have someone to look out for! (No stalking please)
  13. Original Flying Fish. Was my favourite ride back in 2003/04. You should've seen my face when it was demolished! Loggers Leap or Dragon Falls?
