  1. Before I'm guessing, to stop everyone queuing round to storm surge
  2. Yeah thats most probably the reason. Just thought it may be annoying having to get out your park ticket rather than just using your finger, and then you'd have to take your park ticket with you on the ride which means it may get lost etc..
  3. Exitingggggg Did it open earlier today as well? Queue times said it opened just before 11?
  4. Wonder why they have gone with the park ticket lockers instead of fingerprints with the rest of the park? Fingerprints worked well Love the new standout structure for studios though Was needed
  5. I know that, but he claimed timed tickets would be available for at least the first few months so queueing won't be bad... Seems they kept everything open until half 6 instead of just the coasters which is good
  6. @Insider Timed tickets are working a treat
  7. Some massive spoilers on Thorpes official snapchat 'realthorpepark' which I had to quickly skip through Videos inside the attraction
  8. How did you find this out?
  9. Cal replied to Artie's topic in The Past
    No. It'll be opening soon
  10. For Premium annual pass holders its completely free. I also think you can just turn up whenever, or you can book tickets online to guarantee entry incase the park reaches capacity.
  11. X

I have seen a third train sitting there, but unsure if they still have 4. I'd assume they would still have all 4 as they are fairly new trains anyway.

Yup think it ran 5 back in the day, and it has 4 now but only ever seen them use 3 at once. Lol it hardly even gets 400 on 3 trains, with the new procedures like checking the bars twice and 2 people per row the throughput really isn't great.

Pretty sure X has 4 trains anyway? Surely it must be something to do with the ride system not being able to run 3 trains for some reason, they would surely have a 3rd train ready by now.
  14. X

Forgot to mention, X's speakers in the pyramid are fixed and are playing loudly again
  15. Not saying you're wrong, but when I was there on Sunday management told me they gave around 100 tickets out at random throughout the day, to non hotel guests. So non hotel guests have been on it
  16. Spoke to a few members of staff on Sunday. Apparently they gave out around 100 tickets randomly around the park to people to try it out as well as hotel guests. Also got told that Derren was there a few days ago and was impressed, it was literally tiny things that needed fixing which have been done, and that it's pretty much just staff training now. They also said that if these openings continue to go well it should be open within 1-2 weeks. Unsure if it opened again last night.
  17. Inferno music is sounding great again - The queue line is once again playing the entrance music instead of the animal sounds. Dispatch theme and station music is very loud The Inferno operator now wears a headset thing, and says down the PA "All checks compete, ready for dispatch" before they dispatch every single train. Must be a new thing from either yesterday or today, as they weren't doing that on Friday.
  18. Loads of staff in the same place yesterday as well, saw them all from Inferno
  19. Cal replied to Ryan's topic in General Discussion
Yesterday there were doors open and people working on the inside of the attraction

It's being evac'd a hell of a lot this season
  21. Cal replied to Sam P's topic in UK Attractions
    No
  22. It does look very good, but like Ryan said it does look like it hits that first trim pretty hard
  23. Apparently Flying Fish has it's single rider back as well now. Don't really see this being of much use as it never really gets a queue anyway, but good they are adding it to more rides
  24. Good they are doing that, but ride availability has been very poor the last few days.

Lots of people on twitter claiming that Stealth has rolled back today! Seems the problems are still ongoing then, and Stealth has been shut since
