  1. What, this album? (Sorry, Stretchy, just realised that I never asked you if I could edit this. I hope it's OK!)
  2. I think you missed Hex and drugs and rock and roll.

Just a little harsh... Wishing the death of 1000's of people. Please don't. Indeed. The question on my mind now is when this game will be played as United have got the cup next weekend.

When Samurai reaches the end of its operational life ( Monday 16th of May 2016) I can really se a Gerstleaur Sky fly in its place. They're really unique interactive rides that are rerideable - perfect for TP.
  5. Whilst they (inversions) may have a focus on Blue Fire and Helix, they really aren't what attracts me to the ride. Anyway, my point was that you could still get an incredible mack launch with only 3 inversions as pacing, theming and airtime are all what (to me) makes mack launches look good.
  6. I don't think inversions matter that much on Mack Launches. To me, plenty of ejector air, good pacing and theming/terrain interaction are higher up on the Agenda. E.G: Watching the POVs of Helix, the reason I want to ride it so much is the ejector air, relentlessness and terrain interaction- the inversions kind of pass over my head. Anyway, I need to get to BPB soon...!
  7. The spinning section looks fun, but the start really doesn't look great. I think it would have been better if it span the whole way through as the block sections where the car changes its orientation make this ride too stop-starty. It looks fun but just a bit weird!
  8. I like your username Wegloo.

Ben and Jerrys. Sainsburys or Tesco?
  10. Isn't 'don't lose your head' also on The Swarm billboard? Maybe a coincidence or perhaps a little early clue.

    Kong. Detonator or Rush?
  12. Then why have an age restriction as well as a height restriction when the height restrictions is 'like an age restriction'?

Thrills: Thorpe Atmosphere: alton General park: alton so, AT overall. Be trapped in HersheyPark or be covered in Hershey chocolates.
  14. Yup the one I went to was filled with families. Nice food. Decent room. Great scenery and even better proximity to The Towers. http://www.yha.org.uk/hostel/ilam-hall Honestly though, I thought it wouldn't have a family atmosphere but it was perfect. There was a even a room with a table tennis table and table football table. It was just a nice place to be. Super friendly and cheap rates too.
  15. There's a nice hostel near Thorpe Cloud. I've been there twice now and for the price it's really great - only a 10 min drive from the Towers too. Drayton Manor isn't too far either...

Pointless overlay because at least it's open. airtime or inversions?
  17. Tron POV: OMG! It looks fantastic. An actual thrilling Disney coaster!
  18. Pulsar POV: Looks really good I think. Quite fast and the splash looks fun.

Europa Park. I'm going to Rome this year and I'm going to a park but I don't know which one, so... Rainbow Magicland of Cinecitta World?
  20. Hola. ¡Buenos tardes! Just thought I'd inform you that I've decided to return to TPM because the majority of the time, I love discussing theme parks with you guys. (Thanks for your post Pluk. I have read it and sincerely thank you for your consideration.) Anyway, rant... Today, I got my test results back. Some girl comes up to me and says "ha ha, I got higher than you". It wasn't intended maliciously but it still wasn't very sensitive. People are so competitive about results these days and for some people all they care about is asking others what they got. Also, my science teacher put all the levels of his pupils on the board, so that we could see not just our levels, but everyone else's. Isn't that the first thing you learn as a teacher: don't publicise people's levels because someone is bound to feel embarrassed my theirs. Its just these little things are annoying me at school at the moment.
  21. I'm getting very annoyed at the moment. If I say one bad thing, one thing that's not factually accurate, one thing that's intended to be nice but comes out marginally wrong - I get hammered. A full on, continuous stream of people trying to correct me, trying to put me down when I have just tried to say something positive. It's like people enjoy pointlessly picking you up on one word that you said and using it to tear you down. Anyway, I'm going to take some time out of TPM for a bit because I don't want to be defending myself. I don't want to find that one post I make results in a stampede of critical comments. I don't want to be on TPM anymore. Adios.
  22. Sorry, I should have made that clearer. I meant a typical Merlin ending - so yes, I was referring to Sub-terra as that is the only other Merlin dark ride experience meant to be properly scary that I have experienced.
  23. Yes the information was valued as I was not just talking about Loggers and Samurai but talking about the post as a whole. Jamie didn't just talk about these 2 rides either, this information was embedded by information that I valued. So, why not say it? Providing extra information (even if it is known) doesn't hinder anything. Whilst it may not help it certainly doesn't hinder, so complaining about something so small is ridiculous. Hence my point that I find that on this site, certain members try and have a go at Jamie for no apparent reason.
  24. That's good. I didn't want this to have a typical Merlin scare maze ending. Also, having a large building and only 50 steps proves that the vast majority will be some sort of ride system.
