  1. Epic stuff, gotta love it. I love all the background of people, so the theatre stuff will be interesting when I listen to it. The last one you did with John was amazing, and thanks for these. Gives me so much background and enthusiasm about what is there, and gives me inspiration for what I do. Cheers
  2. Most you ever need on that ride is "Please take your seats, bags on the platform, shoes on your feet", "Mind the gates, gates closing" "sit back hold tight, vampires taking flight" as they are the necessary safety announcements. The rest just help throughputs, so unless they're really pushing for them.. shouldn't matter.

VRS at over a thousand, and dragon three trains at 900 or so, spider at 1100 and fairy tale brook around the same. Mmmm.

Whats happening with all the sales & information kiosks around park then? That new outlet has a huge queue, and I love how they branded it as new for 2010, next they'll announce new toilets.

I thoroughly dislike it, as its all "anon", it just leads to harrassment and people asking questions which the receipient may find extremely uncomfortable/embarrassing/rude. Even if they don't answer the questions, being asked it firstly affects them.

Unless they've changed their plans, it'll be based around lego agents.

It's alright, jungle has gone to florida, and the new coaster *should* be a launched.. dunno how on earth that'll work in a legoland park though.
  9. You're useless.. its opposite tiny truckers. Cannot find a picture of it though.
  10. Thanks for lunch, I say, have you been on the safari skyway? WILD ANIMALS JOLLY GOOD.Thanks for feeding me [or sommet], now quick march to the bouncing berries.*random buggered one which sounds like:* eye for an eye for an eye when I look through her windoowwwwwww.Epic thing, apart from it always breaks.
  11. Nah I love these tellies nowadays, exactly what they should've always been. I thought these tellies were great with suggestions, made samurai much more interesting than watching the muller and air ads over and over like when they first appeared.
  12. X

Prefer the main queue to what it was, even if they've boarded up some of the cool crap.Exit path is yeah, rubbish now though.
  13. Suggestion.. cleaning! Inferno has had a lovely new painted platform, but already looks a bit crap because it hasn't been cleaned and the water dripping off the trains has created black piles of ****. Keep on top of stuff like that

2008 was the last time that played, as I have fond memories of standing next to a broken vampire in may for a week listening to it.Bubbles also had exterior which disappeared, and has reappeared this year. Vampires used to play by the waterfall and entrance, and was pretty much the station music with added SFX.. was brilliant in the dark, and hope they bring it back again.
  15. You must.. escape. GO. GO.Rita was maximum half hour today, and today was the busiest day the parks had this year. I love how much it differs on a daily basis!

Explains: Sounds like a conveyor problem, really not exciting and really not problematic usually either, probs open tomorrow.
  17. Fred replied to Phyciodes's topic in UK Attractions
Oh I'm excited that the ride must be having a conveyor problem, OMFG.

Bitterly dissappointed with legos new area, in that unlike the planning applications everything looks like wild woods, just with a pirate ship in there.Pirates Training Camp (rat trap) is alright with the new back area.. but the entire of the old area looks rotten and mank, so completely contrasts with its new part.It plays the mutiny bay stuff as well, which is frustrating as it is nowhere near on the same level as mutiny - the entire area just feels so typically lego cheap, which is mad considering they now have the tussauds studios expertise which have done amazing transformations at chessie and ugland this year.
  19. Don't go for rita first then thirteen.Everyone and their dogs go there first, whereas rest of the park is pretty dead (particularly valley area). Whereas around 3, thirteen is quieter and rita can be as short as 10mins.

Weekends wont have peak, and swansea you'll get advance tickets guaranteed, just don't buy on the day as you'd have to be a proper numpty to do that!
  21. Depends what rides are open and available as well as to what the capacity is.Rather interesting that this was the first bank holiday monday to be the busiest days in ages, up north we experienced it as well (bank hol mons are usually quietest day of the weekends).

Yeah it is. From hearing towers street everyday and going to chessie, it was very weird. It's a variation of the current towers street track. The sealife plays the nemmy station 07 music, which brought me back to horrible queueing times last week!

Most of the stuff mentioned was working on tuesday, I even saw something work which I did not see working for the 3yrs I worked on it! The guy with the feather dusters seat thing moves up and down! wow!The main thing I dislike about the place is the lighting, it could be done much better with more thought than "Oh we only have red bulbs, so all this will now be red and look ****"
  24. Fred replied to Dan9's topic in UK Attractions
The tombstones have gone from the wall, as I was rather miffed about it.One of them is now where the red water is - which needs constant topping up. Nemmy water is redyed every week, so I hope chessie doesn't think it can keep it red all season without doing anything to it!However the ultra loud music is amazing, makes me wonder why it hasn't been like that for ages
  25. LOL. Unless that changed down at chessie, every park I've worked at.. if its raining when you wake up til about 11, the park is COMPLETELY dead.(only difference is end of august if its been raining all summer, cos people still wanna go and they think they're running out of time so go anyway)
